部屋に冷蔵庫があるのは良かったですが、ティーポットが無いのが少し不便でした（ロビーに行けば、無料のコーヒー等はありますが）。シャワーだけでなく、バスタブもあるのは良かったです。 空港からのバス停にも近く、少し歩けば、レストランやスーパーもあるので便利です。WiFiはたまに切れることがありましたが、無料なので文句はありません。部屋の広さも十分で、静かな環境で快適に過ごせました。

空港からのエアコーチのバス停から徒歩数分でアクセスでき、数分ほどでレストラン、バーなどのエリアにいけ、便利な立地でした。フロントの対応もよく、ロビーには、無料のケーキ、ビスケット、キャンディ、コーヒー、お湯もあり、重宝しました。部屋は非常にせまく、スーツケース広げるとあとはベッドのみです。シャワーもせまく、湯量が少なく、温度も低かったです。訪問時が季節の変わり目だったためか、自分の部屋のみだったかは不明です。もしかしたらフロントにお願いすれば対応して頂けたかもしれません。朝食もフルアイルランドブレックファーストを食べられるようで、結構な量のようです。なお、ダウンタウンからは少し離れており、徒歩だと30分くらいかかりますがバスは充実しているので、アクセスには問題はないです。マイナス点もありますが、総じて快適なホテルで、このエリアに用事がある場合は、また利用したいと思います。

Do not trust the images presented on their website or Hotels.com Even if they state that each room may differ in design what you in reality will get is a overpriced Disneyland version of a Mid Century hotel with fake wall wooden tapestry and tiny rooms. Some of them even located underground beneath the lobby. We booked the upgraded Surpreme Standard double room, images were showing huge windows from floor to ceiling and a very nicely spacious decorated room. Once checked in, the reality is something completely different, absolutely no resemblance from the marketing images neither could the management answer which room in the hotel resembles the marketing pictures for our room category, which is a tellling sign. Such a lost opportunity, the building has potential but the owners of this hotel is obviously looking for fast cash rather than quality. Do not either bother to pay for the minimalist 18 EUR breakfast, the management cut the cost to such an extent that even cheese is not included. It’s all a cheap sugar buffé basically and you better off on a nearby cafe. Sylvia at the frontdesk is the rare exception, she is absolutely fantastic. The stand out for me was the helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues were immediately addressed. Would go back.

Either the staff of the hotel or expedia messed up. We have booked a room of regular size, but we were put into a snug room. When we asked about it we were told that all the rooms were of the same size. But looking further we were then on the last day moved to a larger room. We also had a couple of friends that had done the same booking as us, and they had completely different rooms that what we were given. Our room was tiny, it has a full bed for two people, the bathroom was so small that the door had to stay open while showering. We had no space to move around the room. Luckily for us we were spending most of the time outside exploring Dublin, but this was smaller than rooms that you would get in France. If you are booking make sure what room you have booked and do not book the snug room (We did not book this).

Outstanding accomodations! Staff ( Sylvia ) was so helpful and kind . Location couldn’t have been better to explore the gorgeous Georgian district. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Very nice

Parking was a bit hard to find but it’s gated and was very safe | Out toilet was broken when we checked in but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room no questions asked, she also provided us with complimentary breakfast the next morning, it was very nice. | The rooms are small but clean, I would recommend this property.

Pleasant guesthouse situated in a nice suburb, only a short bus ride / 30 minute walk from Dublin city centre. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We were there for the NFL game at the end of September and room prices were elevated across the city. The guest house is pleasant enough but didn't represent value for money and breakfast wasn't included either.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely lounge to chill out in, and have fresh drinks complimentary. very restful. We always stay here as its a beautiful surrounding area, and very easy to walk into Grafton Street etc. Great place. Staff are amazing. Everybody couldn't do enough to help you. Property needs to be updated. No coffee/tea service in room which ALL our other hotels had. For what we paid for our room breakfast should have been included and not extra.

A beautiful older style building giving a relaxed and welcoming feel as soon as you step inside
