とても親切なスタッフが多くいます。 私が体調不良になった時、氷入りのビニール袋や大量の飲料水、薬などを提供していただけました。急遽の延泊も快く受けてくれて、無事、帰国することができました。このホテルを選んでよかったです。

チェックイン対応していただいた髭を蓄えたスタッフのフレンドリーな対応から始まって、部屋の程度、清潔さ、シャワーの水圧も満足。屋上テラスからの眺め、等々、不満、不足の無い良いホテルだと思います。 また、朝食のメニューも豊富で連泊しても、違った味を楽しめました。 駅からちょっと歩くけどそれも許容範囲。 近くにスーパーもあって買い物も便利な所です。 Starting with the friendliness of the bearded staff member who helped me check in, I was also satisfied with the condition of the room, cleanliness, and water pressure in the shower. There was also a view from the rooftop terrace, and I think this is a great hotel with nothing to complain about or lack. The breakfast menu was also extensive, so even if I stayed multiple nights I was able to enjoy different flavors. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but that's tolerable. There's a supermarket nearby, so it's convenient for shopping.

ホテルマンは気さくでホテル内も綺麗に整えられています。ただ、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋や廊下の騒音が気になりました。駅からは石畳をあるかなければならず、息と帰りの負担は重いですが、治安が悪いが中央駅であるテルミニ駅周辺からは離れているものの徒歩圏内というちょうどいい場所です。少し歩けば商店街のような場所に行けるため便利な場所でした。

ロビーのトイレが壊れていたが、チェックイン前でも荷物も預けられるためとても満足した。

テルミ二駅からも近く朝食つきでお得。朝食の品数はそこまでだが、フルーツジュースが美味しかった。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれたがセキュリティーがやや心配だった

部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みだが、屋上からの景色がきれい。朝食つきでコスパ最高。駅からのアクセスも良く、一人旅には強い味方だと思います。但し、Wi-Fiあるものの、インターネットは繋がりにくいようです。

24時間フロントが空いてるので安心でした

ホテルについてはほぼ満足しています。 朝食は取れればいいかなという感じで期待しない方がよいです。お部屋は広くないですが清潔です。歯ブラシ、コンディショナーはありません。 テルミニ駅からも徒歩可能ですが荷物のある時は石畳なのでタクシー使用をおすすめします。また裏通りに面しており、静かです。

朝ご飯が無料でいただけました。ビュッフェ式で、種類は少ないですが、とても美味しかったです！立地も良く、とても満足しました。

CHECK－IN時の対応はよかったが、CHECK-OUT字のフロント対応は最低。人を見下した態度が過去最低の思いをした。朝食も7時半からと、比較的遅いし、メニューも貧相。

Nice lobby, nice rooms, staff was very helpful. Rooms/bathrooms/beds a little small for my liking but I guess that’s to be expected in Europe. Location was perfect.

Unique hotel near the colosseum with standard European hotel rooms, which are on the small side. Walls are thin and allow for noise from other rooms. Staff is great and very accommodating. Breakfast was adequate. Nice rooftop bar, With great views. Luggage was stored from our early arrival. Don’t expect 5 stars but nice accommodations.

Great location within walking distance of the Colosseum and Metro Stations. We had a room with 4 beds, which was perfect for my wife, me, and our twin daughters. The staff was very professional and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend the Hotel Colosseum.

The hotels location is great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the rooftop was nice. Our rooms were small and bright but quiet most of the night.

This hotel was wonderful..the rooms were very comfy and clean. The breakfast was delicious with much options. The staff was great to accommodate with any information that you needed. Would definitely stay again!
