総合評価とレビュー Air in Berlin Hotel

The staff was very kind and happy. The room was a little hot, so it would be better if they could consider installing an air conditioning system. I would like to thank this hotel for making my stay in Berlin a good memory.

The room is clean and spacy, so it's cozy. And it is convenient.

スタッフの対応が良いです

KDWに近くてお土産の購入に便利だった 建物が古く、エレベーターを使っても階段を使う必要があり、重い荷物があるときは大変。 シャワーの出はよく、温度調整もできてよかった。

テーゲル空港行きのバスやポツダム行きの列車等が出ているZOO駅から徒歩10分程、ホテルのすぐ北の通りを博物館方面に行くバスが通っていて観光にも便利。 部屋は広くはないが綺麗。 WIFIは何度か切断されその度に認証が必要なのが少し不便だったが、速度はまずまず。

ガッカリなのは写真とのギャップです。騙された感ありなのです。部屋はシンプルで概ね清潔。建物や設備が古い。最初は値段が安いしと思いましたが朝食代は別なのでその上内容もイマイチ。その前に泊まったフランクフルトのホテルより高くなった割には全ての面でマイナス点です。また利用するかと聞かれたらしません。朝食は二日めからはデパートのイートインを利用しました。良い点は立地が駅やスーパー・高級デパートCaDeVeなどが大変近いので助かったのと期待せず入った直ぐ側のタイ料理レストランが大変美味しく場所が寂しい割に連日混んでいるし外から見るより店内が綺麗でカトラリーもしっかりしてて驚きでした。超穴場のオススメレストランです。

キャンセル可能プランで連泊予約したのだが、旅程が変わって宿泊日数を減らすことになり、ホテルにメールしたのだが応答なし、到着してフロントで交渉したが「エクスペディアのシステムでキャンセルしないとダメ」の一点張りだった・・・ エクスペディアのシステムと電話窓口でキャンセルできない（ホテルの予約が満室だと処理出来ないとのこと）から直交渉したのに・・・

客室は広くもなく狭くもなく、アメニティーも特になし。ただ、清掃だけは行き届いているようで、その点は評価出来る。このホテルに限ったことではないかも知れないが、この数年の毎年の異常気象で猛暑が毎夏来るとなると、エアコンはおろか扇風機もないとなると夜は辛い。結局毎晩窓全開であった。古い建物故設置箇所の問題であろうがエレベーターが階段の踊り場にしかないので、大荷物の場合は大変。

旧西ベルリンの中心部、 何かと便利なところにあります。中心部とは言え、日本の都心のような雰囲気ではなく、ごく普通の街角です。シングル・ルームに泊まりました。部屋は狭いと、ネットで読んではいましたが、本当に小さな部屋です。トランクを置く場所さえ大変です。ただ、とても清潔です。 このホテルには、食堂、中庭など、公共のスペースが多く、そこでホテルライフを楽しむことができます。自分の部屋にいるより、その方がゆったりしており、そういうゲストも常にいました。ほとんど寝るだけでしたが、部屋の外の公共スペースは頻繁に利用しました。 考え方によると思いますが、そういう生活が楽しめる人にはお勧めのホテルです。ホテルの人たちも気さくで話しやすく、アットホームです。 ５月の初めでしたが、暑かったので、窓を少し開けて寝ていたところ、早朝、鳥の鳴き声で起こされてしまいました。どうやら、開いている窓枠に止まって鳴いていたようです。 ちょっと小説に出てきそうなホテルライフができるかも。

Great stay, comfortable beds if a little run down breakfast is basic but fine .As a repeat customer it is extremely convenient to our meeting venue and I fully know the score

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück klein aber fein. Negativ war vor allem, dass an jedem Abend ein ganz übler Geruch im Bad war. Irgendwann in der Nacht war er verschwunden. Die Badtür war unten an der Lüftung beschädigt. Die Lage war strategisch sehr günstig.

Gute Lage nahe Aquarium und Gedächtniskirche, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal - alles was man für einen Kurztrip braucht

I had to fill out an application upon arrival work my personal information. Which I thought was repetitive seeing how I did that online prior to arrival. Also, if you have guest visiting you, they will ask for their identification to copy down, which I thought was a bit much. It's my first time in Berlin/Germany, if there's an issue with drug trafficking or prostitution, etc... I wouldn't know. Nor was that ever explained to me. The front desk lady just rudely ask to copy his ID or else he isn't getting in (even though I came down to walk him up). Also when you leave the building, you have to leave your key at the front desk. Yesterday evening, when I returned, there was a new man working front desk who I haven't seen before. I told him my room number and he just gave me the key to go up. I find it interesting how it was a hassle for my friend to visit me, yet another employee just gave me the key without properly identifying me. Either someone's not doing enough... Or someone's doing too much. Other than that, it was clean. Good price and good location. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast though.

Be very careful with the front desk staff, as they charge you for breakfast you didn't eat and collect wrong amount of tax. When questioned, they pretend not to understand English.
