Did not have coffee ready in the lobby. Staff said he was too tired. Had to wait 10 minutes for that. Needs updated. Old and not very clean

They told me I didn't have a deposit coming back before even checking the room which I left in the same condition it was of course other than used towels but I paid one.

Ive stayed here a few times. Most times the rooms are fine. Sometimes they put me in a room where I'll notice things don't work like the TV but I had already made myself comfortable so I didn't bother complaining about it. The last 2 times they tried to act like I wasn't supposed to get a deposit back when I paid one and I always pay in cash for this reason anywhere I stay. I may not stay here again in the future.

The buttons on the A/C needed to be fixed. The customer service was excellent.

Only gave us two towels for a family of four. Bathroom shower was dirty and drain was clogged. Rest of room was fine.

Well it say there a pool but like there no water in the pool

Between booking the room and check-in the room rate jumped from $400/night to $561/night. The gentleman who checked-in in front of me without a reservation paid $261.

This hotel needs a remodel. The plug next to the wall hair dryer doesn’t work. The shower knob moves on the wall. Paint is chipping due to years of usage.

Have stayed here before. Good value for money. Property is getting old. Parking lot is loud. Staff is friendly and beds are comfortable

All rooms smelled like mold or pot.

The location was good just off a major Highway and there is really great food next door.

After I left they deducted 75 cents from my credit card deposit for a door key card. I was traveling alone so only got one key card when I checked in and I left it in the key drop box when I left. But even if I had not returned a key card, in the hotel business where reviews are crucial why would you give customer's a reason to leave a bad review for the sake of 75 cents? That is very "bad business" and I'm sure Red Roof corporate won't be happy.

The rooms have been updated with paint and newer furniture. The tub and sink drained very slowly. It was an adequate room for a short stay. We appreciated the absence of carpeting.

Great simple and all you need for one night. Fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water!

The check in host was the highlight, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is old, bit dirty and not in a real great area. Was worried about my car getting broken in to all night.
