4回目の利用です。スタッフも親切ですし、マドリッドの中心地で何につけても便利です。また行くことがあればこちらを利用すると思います。

ソル駅から徒歩30秒ぐらいですぐにホテルがわかります。立地がすごく良いので観光，買い物，食事に最適です。朝食も美味しいです。

とにかく立地がよくマドリードの中心地ど真ん中。バルも沢山あるので遅くまで楽しめます！観光地も基本は徒歩で行けて便利でした！

駅近でどこへ行くにもアクセスが最高です。周辺にはお店がたくさんあり、買い物や食事にも困りません。 部屋は広すぎずコンパクトで、アメニティも必要な分だけ置いてあります。ティッシュはなかったです。 スタッフも親切で、チェックアウト後にもスーツケースを預かってくれて助かりました。 また泊まりたいし、おすすめしたいです。

Very convenient area, if you look for quiet night might be too noisy. You could hear snoring next door / party outside.

ソル広場のスグ横にあり非常に便利な立地です。また立地を考えるとリーズナブルだと思います。

朝食込みのプランにしました。朝食がとても美味しかった。立地は問題なし。またマドリッドに来るときはこちらに泊まりたいです。

立地が素晴らしいです。周りに飲食店も多いので、しっかり楽しめました。部屋はこじんまりしていますが、ベッドルームがドアで区切られているので、廊下などの騒音が聞こえることはありませんでした。アメニティはスポンジなどまで手厚いですが、歯ブラシ・パジャマなどはありませんので、日本のホテルを想像していると、ちょっと不便かもしれません。

Plaza del solにあるので、駅から近い。スーパーやデパートも近くにあるので便利でした。

Puerta del solにあるので、観光するには便利な立地です。 ホテルの目の前は歩行者天国で車が入れないので、車を気にせず歩けます。 ただ重いスーツがあると、タクシーを降りてから少し歩かないといけません。

ローケーションが最高に便利

とにかく便利なロケーションでした。 街中なので、部屋からの眺望は期待出来ません。

街の中心だったので移動が大変便利だった。

熱波により夜にも関わらゼ30度前後、エアコンが機能しなかった。

A fantastic hotel in the middle of everything! Very quiet at night and the buffet breakfast is awesome! All staff members were so polite and always smiling!

Receptionists are friendly and could provide assistance. Location is amazing as one can walk around the magnificent attractions. Room is small compared to other hotel rooms of same specifications. There is one windows but the shutter does not allow you to see outside as it is fixed in order not to open.

Perfect location. We had a quad room for four adults and we all had a bed each. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. The toiletries are brilliant shampoo conditioner shower gel and body lotion. There is a lounge area on the first floor too. We will be returning such a great price for central Madrid. The reception staff were very friendly and so helpful. Thank you

Perfect location, nice property, helpful staff. Very nice hotel. There is a significant amount of noise and vibration from the metro.
