フィレンツェの街中とは違うリゾート感を味わえました。スタッフの対応も大変良かったです。朝食はビーガンフードもあり、良かったです。

Resort hotel in Firenze, one of the busiest town in Italy. (Don't try to walk from Town to hotel, though). Nowhere else can concur the serene sight of River Arno from Hotel early in the morning.

The points I liked about the hotel were the jacuzzi, the cleanliness of the room, and the good service from the staff.

フィレンツェから車で10分弱ですが、アーバンリゾート気分が味わえます。レストランの料理や、ワインリストも最高！

非常に清潔、対応のサービスも素晴らしい。フィレンツェの中心部からは距離があるが、シャトル利用で解決できる。もし、難点があるとすれば、室外の音が響いて聞こえる点。昼間は気にならないが、夜は寝れない程ではないものの、少し気になる。

市街から少し離れている印象でした。しかし、バスを上手く使えれば、立地も問題なく、ホテル内も綺麗でコストパフォーマンスは非常に良かったと思います。

本当の一流のホスピタリティではないが、新進気鋭の素晴らしさがある。 この伝統的な街で、ここまで近代的なテイストを追及したことは、すごいことだと思う。 夜中に最上階テラスでの時間は本当に心地良かった！

少し中心地までは距離がありますが、お手ごろな価格なので満足です。

フィレンツェに住む友人の勧めで選択。エグゼクティブダブルルームリバービューの部屋に４泊、１泊の値段に割安感あり。リゾート地の友人の別荘に泊まりにきたような暖かい雰囲気。広いバルコニーの１階の部屋はバーやレストランに近く便利で、朝は川沿いを散歩する人々、夜はサッカーの練習に熱心な人々の日常を眺めながらゆっくり滞在。リゾートホテルのような佇まいで、団体客ではなく個人旅行らしいカップルのゲストが多く見られた。朝食時（９時前）に中国人グループの姿が多かった時は騒がしくなるのかと不安になったが、小さなグループ客かつ香港チャイニーズ（本土から集団で来ているような感じではない）のようで、不快になる言動を目にすることはなかった。室内の照明が抑えられているので本を読むのに暗く、スタンドライトをいれてもらった。シャワールームは広く使いやすい。トイレとは別。バスタブはなし。電気ポットとインスタントコーヒー、緑茶、紅茶が備えられている。高速道路の出入り口が近く、広い道路に面してるので車で郊外に移動したい人にはとても便利。一泊ではなく連泊でのステイをおすすめします。朝食のコーヒーはカフェオレボウルのような大きなカップで、カプチーノを頼むとダブルエスプレッソショットでないと満足できない。マキアートを頼むとちょうどよかった。

The room was so cozy and cute! I really liked it! I was able to spend great time in the hotel. The spa was also amazing, the bathing suit was a little bIt expensive,though.....and I counld borrow bicycle for free of charge, which service is awsome especially because of the location of the Hotel! Finally, the breakfast was so nice! I definitely wanna come back!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although a little further from the historic centre we found the location to be wonderful next to the river. The hotel runs a courtesy shuttle bus, which is quick and convenient. Food at the restaurant id excellent and room service is speedy and served quickly and directly. The spa and pools were well thought out and aesthetically stunning and a joy to use. The gym is compact, but still functional. I would happily recommend the Villa Sul'Arno and am certainly going to return. Thank you to Claudia and the Team for looking after us so well.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend.

Lovely lovely hotel - it’s a smaller footprint than it appears but just has the true charm of Florence! It’s a 10 min walk to some lovely cafes and as soon as construction is completed it will be nice to walk along the river at night. The rooms were reminiscent of a different century! Lovely!

Room was large and clean with a river view. The room turndown service was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and courteous

Excellent property within walking distance to outside amenities and historic scenery. Food was fantastic and all staff were extremely helpful. We have this on our list to come back in the future
