Tipo antiguo, no tienen TV en las habitaciones poca agua en habitaciones

The food was good but a little cold... Other than that everything was good... The staff was helpful and the location was good

Gran alojamiento muy centrico y cómodo

El personal siempre fue muy amable y con buena atención para solucionar temas en TV e internet, las habitaciones están en mal estado … camas súper incómodas, el baño demasiado percudido, las “ventanas corredizas “ en mal estado, en general no me volvería a quedar en este hotel

Es un muy bonito hotel y su ubicación es excepcional solo me gustaría comentar que sería bueno un poco de mantenimiento a sus acabados de madera y chapas

This was a very disappointing stay, Hotel was in a very poor maintain condition. The pool was dirty, the rooms were in a deplorable condition, walls dirty, doors/bathroom/floors showing big signs of replacement need. The photos do not do justice.

El hotel está en un lugar céntrico, cerca de transporte como el metro. Tiene estacionamiento y la habitación era amplia. La limpieza la hicieron diario. Fue agradable. Me hubiese gustado que el hotel tuviera caja de seguridad en la habitación. Dejé unas pertenencias en el Front Desk y no encontraban mis pertenencias. Tuvieron que hablarle a la persona que nos recibió para encontrarlas. También les falta mejorar su administración ya que no nos tenían registrados a pesar de que ya estábamos en el cuarto.

Al llegar una señorita no econtraba la reservacion y tuvimos que esperar media hora para que nos encontrara, las habitaciones muy limpias y cuentan con aire acondicionado, pero realmente el hotel es muy antiguo, ojala remodelen las habitaciones.

When reserved 2 rooms for 6 people and when we arrived, the receptionist told us that they only had one available and only 5 people could stay in one room. I told her we had 6 people and that's why we reserved 2 rooms. She said that's a problem they've had with Expedia in the past. As we were scrambling, trying to figure out what to do with our 6th person, the receptionist said they were able to find another room for us so we were set. The property looks really nice downstairs, but once we got to our rooms, we noticed the hallway carpet was extremely dirty and the facilities were not maintained. In the room, the wall had a big hole around the edge, the bathroom looked old and dirty, the toilet didn't flush (my husband was able to fix it), and there was a leak on the ceiling from the AC unit so we had to put a trash can because the floor had gotten pretty wet. When my husband told them about it, it was fixed that day. On our last night there, I noticed money from my makeup bag was missing. I'm not sure if the housekeeper took it, or the people who came to fix the leak. My experience there was very poor. I would never stay there again.

Desayuné muy rico y el horario del desayuno muy conveniente

El hotel es viejo, no está totalmente limpio. La habitación que tuve no tenía aire acondicionado funcional así que pusieron un ventilador de pedestal. La comida en general mala y el estacionamiento súper chiquito. El personal era amable pero no resolvía nada, solo era perdón por esto, perdón por lo otro, ahorita le enviamos a alguien(que nunca llegaba). Dos elevadores súper tardados y chiquitos, mejor bajábamos por las escaleras de emergencias que están súper peligrosas.

El hotel estaba a reventar, ya que había dos congresos al mismo tiempo, pase 1 día sin agua caliente, la alberca tmb le falta limpieza, el personal es muy amable, pero las condiciones del hotel si pudieran mejorar, de todas formas seguiré hospedandome allí seguramente, la ubicación es buenísima

En general esta todo bien, sin embargo le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, pero al ser un lugar céntrico no le ponen atención a todos los detalles que requieren, como el elevador que no funcionaba y tenia una afluencia de gente considerable, los cuartos no tenian control de aire acondicionado, el baño le faltaba un pedazo de pared, la puerta que se tenia a un lado se le caia la manija, pero creo que no hacen nada porque siguen teniendo buena cantidad de gente.
