Smells bad

We stayed here over the wizarding Weekend in Kent because it was one of the few places with openings at that point and reasonable priced. Even for that price though, we were still kind of disappointed. The shower curtain was gross and needed replaced or bleached at least, the tub had stains, and other areas looked barely cleaned. The hotel definitely needs some updates, you can tell a lot of it is really old. The beds were comfortable, and we didn’t have any issue with noise. The breakfast was mostly grab and go except for the waffle maker.

The staff at this property was extremely friendly and very helpful. I traveled with two young children and two elderly parents and the staff really helped out with extra attention to us. Very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The smoke detector was broken and hanging from wires, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, missing hardware and had no toilet paper holder. The furniture was broken, scratched and not square. The Lobby was nice, breakfast was not.

We never even stepped in the lobby. We got to the parking lot and the actual hotel looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. There building was dirty looking and old. The parking had all kinds of people hanging out in it smoking and drinking. We left and went across the street to stay.

They are very polite. It was very clean. It was a very warm atmosphere and they were very helpful.

Poor service and construction on the entrance extra fees for every little thing was ridiculous. I asked for a refund and they figured out how to find a room that was available after their 3 PM check-in.

Pathetic rooms

No proper service and property doesn’t seems nice.

The hotel personnel were pleasant but, the hotel was old, room was musty smelling and everything felt sticky. Breakfast selection was pretty sparce.

Under renovation

This property had been renovated since the last time we were there and we were very impressed. Everything was new and surprisingly quiet.

We arrived around 11:30pm. Upon entering our room, we opened the bathroom door and were greeted with a strong smell of marijuana smoke. We returned to the front desk and were switched to the room next door. That bathroom smelled even stronger, so the point that my friend coughed upon entering the bathroom. The front desk employee sprayed the first room and then asked me to come smell, as it didn’t smell. (Of course not, he just sprayed something else.) He then came to our room and said he didn’t smell it and it wasn’t smoke. He moved us across the hall, and this room did not smell. However, there were hairs in the bed and a towel with a large stain in the bathroom. Neither of us are picky when it comes to hotels, but this was worth a negative review. Breakfast was limited, which we knew going in - yogurt, cereal, apples, toast, and a waffle maker. The bed was comfortable enough, although the plastic pillow protectors were not loved.

The bed was very comfortable. However their breakfast offerings was horrible!! So disappointed!! Had to go out to get something to eat.
