I was very disappointed room service was terrible my room was not clean and it smelled bad my room was full of bed bugs and I tried to explain that to the owners they ignored me and stated that that was no bed bugs in my room but I got sores and scars and bike marks all over my body from bed bugs had to go to Walmart and get me some bed bug killer my stay at the super 8 in Riverton Wyoming was terrible no clean towels no room service my toilet and my bathtub was all stopped up the water from the bathtub would not go down with the drain

The room was clean, but curtains looked like they had blood on them. Mirrors were very smudgy. One bath towel was folded and put with clean towels, but had shoe prints on it, so was obiously dirty. Air conditioner would only work sometimes, but the manager was told about that and he put in a new one. Friendly staff, Beds were comfortable and management was great. Breakfast was not what you'd expect but made do. I definitley will not be staying here again. Pictures lookedd good, but were very decieving to what we saw and took pictures of. Also many holes popped in wals and bathroom door, that was a whole other issue of it's own. Also smelled like mold in the bathroom, but couldn't see any.

Wyndham needs to do a complete overhaul of this property. It smells and the beds are hard. Had there been other motel rooms available i would hsve moved.

Generally good, being up front closest to the highway the noise coming in from the window was bothersome. The room door didn't seam to block enough sound out from the loby. Seams the the tub area may have been missed around the edge and the floor behind the door.

The bathtub was gross, the towels and bed sheets were overly used and thin. Breakfast was meager and poorly equipped.

Property is somewhat rundown. However, I had a really nice mattress and slept well. Amazing water pressure in my shower.

Terrible customer service!

It was perfect. Not too expensive, beds weren't that bad. Bathroom was clean. Neighborhood a little creepy, but otherwise for the price, it was great to get some sleep and get back on the road early. The guy that checked us in was great and really helpful.

The air was cool. The toliet would not flush in morning. Plugs in lamp didn’t work.

The man who runs the Super 8 is incredibly nice. He cares about his customers. He’s there 24/7 from what I observed working front counter to cleaning rooms. The only issue is the cleanliness of the motel. It’s quite disgusting. Mold in bathroom. Bed sheets were damp from humidity. It’s very old and falling apart.

Paid for 2 queen beds per 2 rooms. He tried to put me in king for 1 room. I explained I paid for 2 queens per room. I got 2 rooms with double beds. The towels were dirty.

this was OK for a quick overnight with a clean bed

The air conditioner was hard to understand but the nice clerk came up and helped us. I was disappointed with breakfast, the Super 8 we stayed in a few days ago had juice, butter for the waffles and salt and pepper for the food, but not here in Riverton,Wy.

The gentleman at the front counter really made this stay pleasant.
