It was said that there was breakfast, but during my stay for two days, no breakfast was prepared for both days.

Overall a pretty good place to stay for pretty good value. I was a bit disconcerted to find a previous guest's sock next to the dresser and balls of aluminum foil underneath it. Maybe toys for a pet? But the bed was comfortable (pillows were less so). Plenty of coffee, and extra towels on request. Best part was the staff, everyone was very friendly.

Comfortable bed, clean, Self check in, they had a young man tell you what to do and how to make your room key. I wondered, why doesn’t he just do all this? Good value, not fancy for sure.

Very clean room, was undergoing construction so hallway was a little congested but that is to be expected

Great location for our travels and the unique breakfast burritos are amazing!

Our room wasn't bad, but could have been a little cleaner. We had gluten free people in our party and at breakfast they were able to give us the inside of the burrito (without the tortilla), which was very good. Coffee was hot! All staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful!

We liked the location and the ease of getting to the property. It was not the cleanest place we've been to but there was not too much noise. The staff was polite which is a must.

Upon arriving to the hotel the guy at the front desk was hardly ever there. I did self check in at the kiosk. When I arrived at my room the towels I. The bathroom had long black strands of hair, there was a smashed bug in the shower. When I went to pull open the covers I noticed a lot of short dark hairs that looked like it could be from a pet, it was clear they did not clean or swap out sheets. When I called to ask for new bed sheets the front desk, a young kid, he said he can’t bring up any sheets because he can’t leave the front desk ( when u arrived and made multiple trips to bring in my stuff he was never at the front desk). Poor customer service he didn’t even seem to care and even worse housekeeping and cleanliness, DO NOT STAY HERE. The only good thing was that they’re pet friendly and had a decent breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast burtito was great

For the price the hotel was okay. The person who checked us in on Thursday night was not friendly at all. Barely spoke and was a little creepy. Very limited breakfast options. The breakfast burritos were good, but got old on the fourth day. Not much insulation in the ceilings we heard a lot of noise from the room above. It was a good location for us to explore Santa Fe.

Quiet Quaint Place, room for improvement, but lots of little gems. Be safe, stay inside. Food was delicious. Thank you!

Burritos for breakfast

It is very nice and clean and everything worked (tv and Wi-Fi). Surprised there was a $10.00 fee at booking, but it was for breakfast and a free shuttle to the plaza. These services were very much appreciated and well worth the $10.00. They even had staff cooking fresh burritos for breakfast. After one night I chose to stay a second and was going to stay more BUT! The third morning in the room next to me a dog was barking and crying starting at 7:00 am for more than an hour. I went to the desk and notified them as you could even hear it there in the lobby. The manager was indifferent and said something totally inappropriate to me. I was going to book two more nights but, checked out at 10:30 and moved across the street to the Hotel Inn Sante Fe. I do no let anyone talk to me like that! The dog’s comfort was more important than mine. I would have given them 5 stars across the board otherwise. They lost two nights of booking because of here attitude. Otherwise their front desk staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. I would stay there again the next time I am in Sante Fe.

The motel was very well kept with modern colors. The breakfast area and menu was very nice and plentiful. The free shuttle service was a nice feature to take you to the Old Town area.

Quick and easy check in and check out process. All the staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was amazing especially the burritos!! Close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent breakfast. Great parking. Comfortable cute room. Excellent value. Nice staff.

The rooms are not soundproof. There was vomit stains on the beds skirt, pillows were lacking fullness. The evening check in person looked bothered when asked for extra shampoo and soap. Basically you pay for what you get. I do not recommend this place.
