They were flexible with our arrival time and they directed my husband and I to the best site to purchase through.

You get what you pay for, this isn't a Hampton here, this is a bottom tier hotel. The room was on the smaller side, converted from an interior entry to an exterior one at some point. The lighting was terrible, no bulbs in one of the lamps and when turning on the bathroom light, had bugs running up the wall. To finish off this picture, let's just place the smoke detector in a drawer while we are at it. Breakfast? No hot options, of course the single waffle machine is broken. Bread was stale.... but at least we could use the pool, right? Nope, closed.

"Non-smoking" room was so thick with the smell of cigarettes I could barely breathe

The staff was pleasant. The room was dirty. The door looked like it had been kicked in and the threshold wasnt in place. We had to fix the toilet beacuse it wasnt tightened down. The bed was uncomfortable. It states in the description it was remodeled but it doesn't look that way at all. We had a roach in the bathroom light and one ran across the floor.

Check in was quick because I did online check in and just had to sign and get the keys upon arrival. The hotel was listed as non-smoking, but we had to wipe everything, including the walls down with what we had, which was water and peppermint oil so I could breath as I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. The rag was grey when we were done. In thr middle of the night, around 1 am, we heard shouting and loud arguing in the next room over. It lasted for several hours and sounded as though it were in the same room. The smoke detector was disconnected and dangling from the wall. We had to reconnect it. There was also no cover on one of the outlets, the rubber baseboard moulding covered half of another outlet. We chose this hotel due to the high ratings and price point, but I think it is only fair to offer an honest review. I seldom leave bad reviews, but I felt like the reviews I read were over inflated.

Shady place. Very low quality. Had a door to the staff room in my room. There were cockroaches. I should have gone to Days Inn that was half a mile away. That one was 4 stars

. Good place to stay for Carlisle show

As we first pulled up the hotel looks getto. The lady when we checked in was really nice. The room had no smoke detector and there was a gap on the bottom of the door that was covered with a plastic clear shield. Bathroom was nice and clean. Nice water pressure in the shower. Overall our experience was good, just not pretty. But the bed was comfortable. Oh yeah and the Air conditioner was super cold.

Not bad for the price. Biggest issue was water pressure for showers.

I already responded to this and explained that the conditions were so bad that my family and I left we did not stay at all once we observed the conditions of the hotel and area we were concerned but when we got to the room that was it! Horrible! There were water stains and a hole in the corner ceiling the room and carpets were dirty. No way I was going to have my family stay there. I called the desk and let them know we were not staying and that we left. They said we would be reimbursed so I would appreciate you making sure I do.

This property is located close to shopping and major interstates for ease of access. The staff was exceptional as they took very good care of any needs that we had. There was a simple breakfast offered- waffle maker, cereals, juices, and coffee. We were happy that breakfast was offered. Overall, for the money, I'd stay here again.

There was toilet paper and a long hair wrapped around the toilet seat. Squashed ant on wall next to bed. Generally felt dirty.

Nothing like the pictures, very unclean, smell was horrible inside. Beds are small and uncomfortable. And would never smim in the small unclear pool
