Room was good, and the supplied breakfast was entirely adequate. Pool is a nice touch. Overall a good stay.

Staff were amazing. Room very outdated. Beds uncomfortable. And Breakfast was frozen in a tray and you had to warm up in the microwave yourself.

Room was great clean and the properity was great the conference rooms were good and the pool and slide were great. The breakfast didnt have any hot food. You had to microwave it if you wanted something hot.

Stayed in the North building was quite and clean.

Awesome staff and good food

Staff was great, helpful, and understanding. Breakfast was good and while it officially ended at 10, they were accommodating for guests who were a little late (like me) and let us grab food anyway. the pool was perfect for families and relaxation. their fitness centre has great equipment. Next time I need to spend a night or two in Wetaskiwin, this hotel is my top choice.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. But I accidentally booked the wrong night. I meant to book for tonight (November 16th). I can’t seem to find a person to talk to who can rebook for me.

The room was clean and the staff were excellent!!

Staff were nice, room was clean. We weren't in the main building but the older motel part. Lots of noise from hallway and parking lot late into the evening then again from rooms above early in the morning. Breakfast was disappointing, the egg options were all frozen and needed to be heated up in the microwave. At least it wasn't expensive.

The room was large and roomy. Comfortable bed and a nice Jacuzzi tub as well as a regular tub in the bathroom. The staff at both check in, check out and other staff members were friendly and pleasant.

Room was not overly clean, found dirty socks in plain sight. Staff were abrasive and not overly friendly. All I can say is there was a bed and TV.

Very friendly front desk staff, very accommodating, the room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent!

This is our second time staying here this year both times we found the staff friendly, and the accommodations clean and comfortable.

The pool and slide is amazing and clean! My daughter and I had a lot of fun! My initial room was quite smelly. The front desk attendant quickly moved us into another room, that was just perfect. The front desk attendant was as friendly and helpful! Starbucks and Timmie’s are close by and I felt the area was safe.

Value for money location. Well located to the main road & Main Street with stores easily accessible.
