Not informed about remodeling of premises(carpet rolls in breakfast area), no pool available and in poor condition, room was nice and clean, continental or limited breakfast was a joke, coffee and juice basically, communication (English)with staff was limited, pricing was reasonable for the value you received

The room was very dirty and the sheets were dirty. We could not stay in this room and left

We were driving across country and needed a place to stay. It was supposed to be $68.91 with a hold deposit of $50. The $50 is still pending but I was charged the $68.91 plus additional $50. A pool was advertise.online but when we got there it wasn’t open. We were told it was too hard to maintain.

Room was hot and smells when we entered. The guy cannot communicate well im english. We didn’t have a key for the room. We had to ask him to open the door every time we go in.

No breakfast in the morning

The request of towels or linen was done when asked only and the towels or sheets was stained and holes. The sign of renovation was seen but this was no excuse for some of the services that was not given.

It was the sorriest hotel I have ever stayed in the people who run it was rude and nasty and stole from me plus the bugs was horrible total ripoff

When I was checking in, the person at desk was on phone whole time speaking in another language. There was no breakfast in the morning like advertised. They were all out.

Room smelled like mold, dirty like it wasn't wiped anywhere and rude customer service. Pubic hair in bathtub and dirt stains on bedding. Wash clothes were also white towels but we're stained brown
