1ヶ月滞在しました。非常に過ごしやすく、サンアントニオでの仕事が非常に捗りました。 【ネガティブな点】 問題点はトイレが一度では流れないことです。まず1度では流れません。 朝食は時間帯によっては補充が不十分な時がありました。 コインランドリー(4ドルで洗濯、4ドルで乾燥)は全く期待できません。乾燥が全くできておらず、最終的に部屋のドライヤーで乾かしました。 【過ごしやすさ】 広く、静かで、快適かつ清潔な部屋でした。朝食は十分なレベルで、スタッフは優しかったです。ジムに関してはランニングマシンとバイクが置いてありました。 【ロケーション】 仕事先はUTSAで、ホテルの前までつけてくれるバス1本で行くことができました。スーパー(heb)は少し遠く、歩道がないためスーパーへの道は険しかったですが、行けない距離ではありません。 Downtownまでもバスを乗り換えて使うかLyftを使えば行くことができます。

Great staff , dirty room

I didn't like the staff manners, behaviors. And they request a 100 dollars deposit which is not common and it didn't inform while doing the reservation. For these two reasons I will not come back again.

I only saw that you don’t have safety bars in your bathtub area

Frig wasn’t working properly.

Other that the cable in my first room not working, they moved me quickly. The service was great and room really comfortable

The bathtub wasnt draining so every time we took a shower the water would stay there. Other than that we always stay there.

8 stars is a joke

This property does not deserve 8.0 rating. It’s old and outdated. It stinks and it’s dirty! HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The pool was marvelous and the rooms were great. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub water took forever to go down. Other than that it was great.

Although this was close to the theme park we were visiting, it is not something I will go back to. The bathroom was very dirty from the toilet to the mold in the bathtub and on the walls. We did not use it at all! The blinds by the door were broke which means people could look into our room. Also the gate was down which we were unable to park in front of our room. The breakfast was just okay. Basic stuff.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with the friendliest/welcoming smile. She made me feel right at home

Well for one the unexpected 100 dollars deposit , the cost of a soup at lobby for 3 bucks when average is .50 cents, no restaurant facilities whithning walking distance, pool was dirty, there was a roach in the bathroom

It was a good overnight stay. And in check-in the night clerk took into consideration that because of elder guest, he assigned us a ground floor room with easy access from parking lot.

Pleasant stay, breakfast was ok with sausage links, scrambled eggs, waffle. Receptionist "Ayu" was outstanding customer service. Only negative were 1.The room door deadbolt did not lock properly. 2. Maid room service was poor, she barely took the trash out and picked up the dirty towels, she did not replenish with new clean towels. I addressed the issues to the receptionist to inform maintenance of the room problem issues.

Breakfast didn’t have a great variety, pool wasn’t very clear however, they did come to clean the room every day.

The staff was very welcoming and the beds and pillows were great not to mention an amazing swimming pool.

Staff was so nice and friendly!

There was vape in the room when we got there. There were people at the pool smoking weed. The smoke detector was missing inside the room. The room was hot and did not cool down till after 10 pm. THE lady who checked us in made it difficult and when I asked to switch rooms.she came up with excuses to not switch us rooms, she was the worst. I would not recommend this place.
