12/24から5日間宿泊しました。とても楽しい5日間でした。スタッフの方も優しくレストランも美味しく、子供達は海にプールに毎日遊んでました。夕食のレストランは予約が事前に必要です。宿泊した日はすでに予約がいっぱいでレストランに行けませんでした。（バッフェは可能）事前にその事を知っていれば他に食べに行ったりできたかなとすこし残念でした。

Very good for family with kids. Every one hour they have activity in pool and also show at night time. All staff friendly so satisfy with this price range. Dinner restaurant booking open only 8am-2pm on the day for dinner but most of restaurant booking become full at 8:15am, so have to wake up before 8am everyday.

全体的に満足しました。とても快適でした。 何点か改善点を挙げるとすると、 バスタオルが洗濯待ちなのか、受け取れないことが頻繁にある。 一度部屋から出ると、ルームキーがなぜか使えず、フロントで再度設定してもらう必要があった。 1日目のレストランは使用できず（予約できず）ブュッフェもしくはバーの利用となる。 ランドリーサービスが壊れているみたいで、使用できなかった。 その他はとても満足でした。

restaurant booking is possible only between 8am-14pm, so i cannot book any of restaurant after i checked in 3pm for the first day. also, just 10 minutes after 8am, many of restaurant is full. therefore, no choice but to have taken dinner in buffet where food quality is not good. most disappointing thing is bad hospitality of frond desk staff. those

Es mi 4ta vez en CANCÚN Y NUNCA ME AVÍA TOCADO UN HOTEL TAN DESAGRADABLE COMO ESTA .. PARA MI Y MI FAMILIA FUE HORRIBLE BUFFET.. La comida del buffet totalmente horrible No tienen variedad .. las bebidas horrible LOS RESTAURANTES… Si no haces una reservación antes de las 8:00 AM .. NUNCA 🙅 encontrarás espacio venimos de vacaciones no pueden a los huéspedes a levantarse temprano .. HABITACIONES … Los cobertor huelen a humedad Las camas 🛏️ son súper Duras parecen de una cárcel.. las. Almohadas son duras y huelen feo el aire acondicionado filtra agua 💧 y por las noches sale un mal olor a cigarro 🚬.. aparentemente fuman en otra habitación y entra por el aire .. la limpieza es horrible .. necesitan remodelar urgente.. KIDS WATER PARK Solo una muchacha para hacer un registro y ella y el resto de las muchachas siempre están enojadas con los huéspedes no tienen educación ética de cómo hablarle a un huésped siempre que pasa algo se miran a la cara y hacen gestos para hacer sentir al cliente y niños mal .. horrible 😞 es un parque de diversión los niños deben salir contentos . Y con una linda experiencia.. ❌❌❌❌NO LO RECOMIENDO ❌❌❌❌

Very clean

Stayed with a 12, 11 and 8 year old. Clean room and friendly staff. The food was good. The beach was beautiful. The pools were nice. On Monday and Tuesday there was nothing really to do after 8pm. It picked up after that. Over all I really enjoyed my stay.

Pools and activities were amazing. Food options were great. Kids had a great time. Suggestion to open up another bar in second building
