お部屋は清潔感や設備など値段相応。エレベーターは古いからガタゴト音がする。 ケトルは言えば貸してもらえるけど、できれば共同でも電子レンジが使えると良かった。 フロントは平均より愛想もサービスも良くはなく、もちろんこのレベルのホテルなので、プロフェッショナルさもスタバより無い。やる気なく適当な対応なので、英語が全くできないとリクエストが通る前に諦めそう。客層にアジア人は見なかった。 ロケーションはどこに行くにもアクセス良く、またほぼマンハッタン島の真ん中あたりなので交通機関を使いたくない時も便利。場所だけで値段分の価値はある。

歴史のあるホテルで、スタッフもフレンドリーな快適な時間を過ごしました。 ホテル自体が年代物でもあり、レトロな雰囲気 残念なことに、チェックアウト寸前に、部屋の中に小さなネズミが！

It was my first experience to visit US. The access from/to JFK is very easy, and also that from/to Grand Central station is easy. All staff were so kind that I felt comfortable during my stay in NY. Thanks!

ニューヨーク観光する場合、やはりグランドセントラル駅のそばのホテルにするのがいいと思います。マンハッタン内を観光する際のバス・地下鉄の利用が便利ですし、グランドセントラル駅からLIRRとAir Trainを利用してJFK空港へ渋滞の心配なく安く行くにも便利。 このホテルはグラセンから数分ですし、近所に日本食料品店があるのも便利。 ホテルの建物はかなり古いそうですが、リノベーションされているので清潔感はあります。しかし日本のビジネスホテルみたいな内装を期待してはいけません。あくまでニューヨーク基準で清潔感があるという意味です。 ホテルのドアマンもフレンドリーでとても感じがいいです。

EXCELLENT Staff

Everything was great, super friendly staff! The only thing was that the rooms are a little run down/tired.

The Staff is absolutely the best! Every single person we interacted with was professional and kind!

The style is nice. But the room could have been cleaner - needed a good dusting, coffee stains on wall. Bed was lumpy, towels weird non absorbent. No coffee in room. Carpet needed replacing.

Good hotel for taking LIRR to US Open

Das Zimmer bot uns alles, was man benötigt. Der Service an der Rezeption war hervorragend. Als störend haben wir nur den nächtlichen Lärm von der Straße empfunden.

Friendly staff, easy to get around

As pretty disappointed with the cleanliness. There were lots of stains on doors and walls and the bathroom had a ton of rust. Wasn’t expecting the 4 Seasons but for almost $700/night I did expect clean. No umbrellas bailable at the front when it was raining was also not amazing. Lastly, housekeeping failed to show one day even though I requested it in person a front desk and we were out of the room for 7 hours. In the plus side, I did like location and the hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly even if the amenities were very limited. Will not return.

Whilst desk staff were personable and friendly when I did deal with them, I was left deeply disappointed by our stay, especially at the price we paid. The room was small and in similar condition to what I'd expect of a basic chain hotel like a days inn. Scuffed walls, stains on carpet, shower not very clean. I had asked twice in writing before we came to stay if it was possible for staff to leave even a simple little note in the room that said Happy Birthday as we were in NYC for my wifes birthday. This request went completely unacknowledged and unfulfilled. I am a first responder and work nights, I had a tough time sleeping and tried to use the convenient online options to extend my check out time but this request went unacknowledged for so long that I could not fall asleep without knowing if it would be accepted or not. Therefore I just gave up and left early so I could try to get home jnstead and grab a few hours of sleep. Lots of extra charges that are not advertised in final price that Expedia gives you so beware of that. Overall it was an OK hotel but for almost $500 a night you could stay at much better hotels in the city.
