Ja fiquei no Enclave em 2019 e o outro apartamento era mais novo. Desta vez a mobília era bem antiga (o sofa era aquele estofado antigo, o movel de roupas nao fechava as gavetas).A atendente do dia era bem grossa..

This was the second time staying at the enclave after previously staying 8 years ago. This time round it was an awful experience. The room had constant problems - the hairdryer did not work, the balcony door would not close or lock, the drain to the sink was blocked, the bed was broken. We found cockroaches in our room some days after coming back from the Disney parks. The floor our room was on was also used by people as apartments and you frequently had the smell of cannabis walking to our room. After complaining to staff about some of these problems they explained they will look into it the next day and nothing happened. I would not recommend staying here which is a shame because from a location perspective it is fantastic for universal and Disney.

The hotel was old and dated. However, there was no service in the entire week we were there. We stopped at office on day 5 to get fresh towels. On day 6 we stopped again to get toilet paper and were given a hassle. On day 6, fresh towels and sheets were delivered, but old towels were not taken away. There was a message light blinking on the phone but when I pressed the only button and got the front desk. They told me to use the message button to tetrieve despite me telling them there wasnt one.

Spacious rooms , a lovely view from our room , the location of the hotel is good .

Dated rooms, but clean. Really nice balcony. My one issue, room service entered and and worked the room without consent. Management was apologetic and it did not appear to happen again. I'd probably stay there again, but honestly would probably stay somewhere slightly more expensive and up to date

Nossa experiência não foi uma das melhores. O apartamento com 2 quartos com banheiro e cozinha supriu as nossas necessidades de acomodar 4 pessoas e fazer café da manhã e janta. Porém o ambiente estava sujo, mal acabado, com móveis super antigos, eletrodomésticos arcaicos. O forno não funcionava. A pia da cozinha estava nojenta e com vazamentos. Os colchões eram péssimo. As toalhas super pequenas e não tinha toalhas de piscina. Fora que o chuveiro mal saia água. A limpeza passa a cada 3 dias.

Nice hotel with great location.

Godt hotel der ligger centralt og tæt på mange forlystelser… Et slidt hotel hvor der godt kunne bruges nye senge… Ellers var der intet at klage over.

Location was good, but... The smell of humidity was awful. A lot of things broken. The safe did'nt have a key, so cant use it. Service is ordinary. Interior pool is not clean at all. Our son developped 2 ear infections. Not easy to have information or help. I would not choose this hôtel again.

The pool area was nice, but the lounge chairs need cushions and they don't offer towels for the pool. Room was very dated and needs upgrades. The A/C could also be upgraded as it was humid in the room.

Neste hotel, cada quarto de apartamento tem um dono diferente que é responsável por manter os móveis e utensílios e manutenções prediais internas. Está avaliação refere ao Apartamento 2415, cujo proprietário mantém apartamento com móveis muito velhos e estragados, carpete com cheiro ruim, baratas na cozinha e o pior, porta com defeito, que só abria ou fechava se levantasse, porém, devido a esse problema, uma noite, ao chegarmos, não conseguimos entrar no apartamento. Ficamos sem nossas malas, e tivemos que comprar algumas coisas para passar a noite em outro apto que nos cederam (somente para passar aquela noite). No outro dia, chamaram uma pessoa para abrir a porta e voltamos para o mesmo apartamento.

Great stay in a suite, nicely renovated but the walls were peeling a bit. I also couldn't figure out how to use the stove LOL.

Friendly staff cleanisyness and quietness

The room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. The location was amazing, really close to the international drive, so you could be at the orlando premium outlet and universal studios in less than 10 minutes. Disney was a littlet bit far, but in less than 30 minutes (depending on the traffic).

Good Location, there was no Ice machine in the complex, and the staff looked like they didn't matter. Access from the pool to the lobby is tricky

We've driven about 2000 miles on our trip across the South of the USA, and this was the most disappointing stay we had so far. The place looks nothing like the pictures on hotels.com. It is very old, run down, and obviously not clean enough, as there were small ants running across our entire apartment. We had to throw a box of donuts away because it was infested by morning. With exception of the man at checkout, all of the staff was very indifferent and unhelpful. When we left at 7:15, there was nowhere we could get as much as a cup of coffee, even though it was advertised that the 'marketplace' in the building served breakfast from 7 till 9. Everything was set up, but the lady at the counter refused us because there was no cashier... It's a cup of coffee for crying out loud. In all the other hotels and motels we've stayed at they practically throw it at you by the gallon for free. The 'fully equipped kitchen' that was advertised had a coffee maker, but no coffee. It had a dishwasher and microwave that had lived through the cold war. No salt, pepper, oil, or even a sponge to do the dishes with. Very old and run down bathrooms as well, but at least the water was warm. In short: the only thing this place has going for it is its proximity to the theme parks. I would opt for a different option next time.
