匂いに気にしなければ滞在先としてかなり良い。

部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったことを除いては問題なし。今回は、Grand Ole Opryが主目的だったので、ホテルの利便性も良かった。

テレビにリモコンがなく、頼んで持ってきてもらったが、結局使えませんでした。リモコンを探している途中、ベッドの下に誰のものかわからない靴下を発見、コーヒーメーカーの中がやや汚れていたり、置いてあるコーヒーもほこりが少しあり、清潔感に欠ける印象でした。場所はOpry　Millsにも近く、便利な場所です。

オープリーから近くて　お値段もリーズナブルで とっても良かったです。 子供は室内プールがとっても気に入っていましたこの時期の滞在で室内プールに入れる所はなかなか無いと思います。 ウエルカムコーヒーや朝食も付いていたので 私たち大人も満足できました。 室内も綺麗で特にバスルームが気に入りました。

The interior had crazy colors but was clean and comfortable! There is plenty of shops around and it's only a couple of miles away from the Opey mills mall! The staff was very friendly on check in and honest with questions I had overall a great experience.

Check in was a breeze. Room was located on the 3rd floor and in the corner away from the elevator which was nice for no noise. Beds were good and breakfast was good as well. Very clean facility.

The staff was excellent. Upon checking in, the notice my room was right by the pool area and checked me into a quieter room. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and the carpet by the bathroom was soaked. There as a leak in the room somewhere. The staff took immediate action to check the room and book me into yet another room. Professional and friendly.

Stuff are really nice room is clean.

First room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Next room was very nice. Had to park in the back and entrance door was out of order. No luggage carts available when we checked in.

Could use a little update. Beds were good. Service was good.

nice to stay

The internet was out when we arrived and we were given the keys to a room that was occupied. We were given another room and the keys didn’t work. Despite heat in the high 90s the pool was freezing. The front desk staff was very nice and apologetic. The free breakfast was mediocre.

This hotel had a great free breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The rooms themselves were very clean and it was convenient to visit Gaylord Opryland as well as Rainforest Cafe in nearby mall. Staff was very pleasant.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. Easy access and not overly congested area.
