I don't know if it's common to not have a kettle in a room in Europe but staff told me to go to the bar nearby which helped to give me hot water.

A nice room with access to the shopping centre. Breakfast was of quality though I missed having a proper cooked breakfast, only bacon and scrambled eggs available

En hotel literalmente queda dentro de un centro comercial. Tiene un supermercado a pasos. Muy limpio, no encendían el aire acondicionado porque afuera estaba frío, pero no fue un problema porque abríamos la ventana y listo. Estacionamiento por los alrededores libre de costo y bastante accesible.

Great staff, awesome room! Location was really good too. Not in the historic core however, close enough.

This hotel location and its staff will make your stay a comfortable one! The staff is willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one, the hotel being within a mall is quite convenient with many dining options and shopping within a minute’s walk! This combination really made our stay a great one. Kudos to the hotel staff for making sure we always had what we needed and for always providing suggestions for what to do in Santiago and surrounding areas.

Worse location for a hotel in a shopping center, not near the city center and taxi service on the city is bad lady in the front desk was very nice, we tried to cancel and no way they would charge the full amount, is better to find a hostel city center

The place is nice and clean . The hotel is inside the mall,that is good and safe . No many restaurants around . The area is far from downtown.
