There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets Ripped and stained sheets. Odor , roaches in bathroom. No microwave. A rat ran past me after coming down the stairs. People asking for money and hanging out all over property smoking weed and cigarettes. Very dirty

First impressions were going to the door of the lobby was dirty and the paint was worn off. The lobby smelled like a Greatful Dead concert. My wife asked to see the room before we checked in. Upon opening the door to the room we were greeted by the stench of stale cigarette smoke. We decided not to stay there and instead made reservations at the Courtyard in Annapolis. Do yourself a favor and go to the Courtyard instead.

The room was very trashy!!! We had roaches crawling on night stand and tv stand! The shower head was held on by black electrical tape, the drawers in the night stand was filled with trash, bed sheets and pillows was covered in burn marks!!

This place is certainly 100% gross they don’t clean anything it was dirty the bed sheets had holes on them the bathroom was completely trashed out no clean towels no clean carpet it looked like roaches were there and beg bugs I mean this was terrible I had to get my family out of there very fast the conditions of this location is in other words disgusting

The receptionist was rude and unprofessional

1.when we booked - the pictures were depicting a nice clean hotel and room. However, when we got in our room there were some dirty towels left on the floor -:the entrance to the desk was filthy dirty looked like it had never been painted or cleaned - management for this hotel should check this place out! 2. Hotel says continantal breakfast? No coffee, no orange juice only a half container of koolaide drink. A couple bagel and a few muffins along with 2 different dry cereals - we went to Royal Farms next door. 3. This is the kicker - I couldnt sleep all night bc I kept itching - thought it was maybe what they washed the sheets in - no I woke up all bit up by something - second night the same irching - got out of bed in the morning - my daughter saw this bug in the bed - definently looked like a bed bug - discusting! We will never go there ever again!

The room was disgusting, it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room and it had been smoked in before. The friends I was traveling with, their room smelled like weed, had pubic hair on the bed and what looked like feces on the wall in the bathroom.

Needs updated horribly!! Dirty and outdated

This hotel is filthy and dirty. They had roaches all in the bathroom and on the floor. Stains on the sheets and towels. I told the front desk to changed my room. After changing my room the new room was dirty too. After I reported the roaches to the hotel, they knowingly knew it was roaches and they still rented out the room to another guess. Baltimore health department needs to investigate on why this hotel is so disgusting and why they charging people to stay in filthy. The front desk was also very rude. I will be requesting a refund.

Absolutely horrible. Roaches… Mold everywhere. Front desk customer was just as disgusting as the room. We checked in and out immediately!!!! And they refused to refund.

The photos are very deceiving. I would have never stayed at this place. The room was very dirty especially the bathroom.

Disgusting, dirty, trashed, broken, burnt sheets, missing tiles, hasn't been cleaned since to 70's. Disgraceful property. Booked for 3 days, stayed 2 night that i truly regret but was too late and tired to leave. Never go back again and they still trying to charge me for the 3 days but only stayed 1. Calling consumer protection next. Terribly old, cobwed filled and dirty. Demolish and start over again.

Room was in a really bad conditions

Toilet was leaking after using it. Main door was so hard to open and close. Bath was dirty couldn't take a shower. Airexahust was not working properly. Room was no clean at all.

It was disgusting, there was mold all over the place, bed bug, it stunk really bad, and there was pee all over the toilet. And before i noticed the bed bugs i asked for something to clean the bath and he gave me a toilet brush and a dirty used rag. I checked out immediately.

Need new tubs and curtains and beds

Shocking condition of the property. Seemed like I had been transported to the 80s. Really old everything. Very dirty floors, property, bed, bathroom, towels. No soap was provided. Totally rundown place. Extremely shady. Feared for my safety.
