Overall this hotel is good. Especially for the food, there is no pork available so its better for us as muslim to choose the menu. But we have bad experience with the first-time receptionist, she was not friendly since we have some mistakes with the number of people for booking. But she shown very bad attitude. We don't mind to add more money because our mistake but please shown the good attitude for us as guest. She also says our vaccine card not proper, but this come from our country application and we cannot do anything for change standard. Hope this hotel can re training the staff and improve the service. We don't have any problem for another staff they doing great job and friendly.
