Lokasi cukup ok. Kamar bersih. Saya cukup puas stay di sini.

Good location, clean but a bit old. The reception most were helpful. I think they need more staff to help customer when they are arriving at hotel (very important).

Overall this hotel is good. Especially for the food, there is no pork available so its better for us as muslim to choose the menu. But we have bad experience with the first-time receptionist, she was not friendly since we have some mistakes with the number of people for booking. But she shown very bad attitude. We don't mind to add more money because our mistake but please shown the good attitude for us as guest. She also says our vaccine card not proper, but this come from our country application and we cannot do anything for change standard. Hope this hotel can re training the staff and improve the service. We don't have any problem for another staff they doing great job and friendly.

All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially reception staff. Feel like home

Hotelnya tenang, dekat dengan kedubes amerika dan australia. Makanannya juga makanan malaysia, jadi untuk muslim agak tenang untuk makan disini
