総合評価とレビュー Hotel Rumbao, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。

this hotel was very beautiful. We got the king suite with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was very small for two people. It w. Sheets and blankets. We asked the front desk to bring up blankets and they never did and then we had to call them to get blankets. call multiple times letting the phone ring 30 to 40 times each. They ended up never bringing us blankets.

Very nice beautiful hotel. Near everything in old San Juan. Concierge very helpful to arrange tours. Staff very accommodating.

We stayed here a couple of days before our cruise that embarked directly across the street. There were restaurants, shopping and sightseeing all within walking distance of the hotel. We had a balcony room with a bay view so we felt connected to the culture around the clock. The staff was phenomenal. Especially Josephine who made us feel like family.

No power / no ac / no light / no elevator

Right by the cruise dock, in the center of old San Juan, close to restaurants and the historic landmarks. Perfect!

Never got to stay here found out ac was out and taxied to the wrong replacement hotel didn’t get to my new room until 1 am after Ubers kept canceling rides for partying groups
