室内に湯沸かしポットが無かったのはいただけない。

部屋も清潔で、スタッフの対応もよく、心地よい滞在ができます。ワーテルローの史跡にも近く、この値段では、納得の内容です。

Narrow beds, soft pillows, no kettle in the room to make tea. Aircon was prehistoric and made SO MUCH NOISE without cooling the room or a switch Off button. The fans were helpful but with only 2 plug outlets NEXT TO EACH OTHER the sofabed in the far corner of the room got no cooling.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. Easily accessible, centrally located, comfy bed, and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent, nice bar for an afternoon sip, rooms were a bit small but the a/c was perfect with the scorching weather. All in all very good

24/7 Pizza wurde beworben, war aber nicht erhältlich.

Rien à redire sur la propreté et le confort de la literie ou l'amabilité du personnel, c'était très bien. Par contre une chambre sans climatisation et que ce fait n'est mentionné nulle part c'est inadmissible, un velux en état plus que moyen souvent difficilement. Il faisait tellement chaud que j'ai dû dormir avec le velux ouvert et l'environnement était très bruyant. Pour le prix payé c'est vraiment aberrant. Je ne recommande pas et ne reviendrais pas. Voyageur régulier dans ce secteur c'est dommage, j'en ferais la remontée autour de moi.

Room was very spacious and staff were very friendly. Checking was very easy and simple. We had service dog and they were very supportive of having service dog.

A great hotel for a few nights stay. Rooms nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. Convenient to have secure parking too.

As we visit this hotel every year at the same time we can judge what changes have been made. The staff were great as usual, the breakfast were really good but only having one coffee machine is not a great plan when you have so many people staying. The daily room cleaning is by request only now which previously has been done daily as standard. Looking forward to staying again next May 2027.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing for €19 each. Was woken by crying children outside our window at 6am. Lots of banging about from the rooms above us at 4 am. Loud music and shouting from the car park in the early hours. Was ment to be a relaxing break but we've both come back absolutely shattered. Staff very helpful.
