Parking is directly outside hotel if there is any availability. Did not stay for breakfast as plenty of nice places to eat near by. Stayed for breakfast on a previous visit and was not impressed . Staff very helpful and room clean and comfortable ( was a bit cold )

Excellent location in the centre of Harrogate. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff, Hotel itself is a bit tired in places but overall a great place to stay.

The Yorkshire hotel is in a prime location a short walk to the main shops, theatre, restaurants and attractions. We found the breakfast to have a wide choice and probably the best hotel breakfast we've had for a long time. The room was clean but felt a litte tight for space, so we'd pay a little bit more for a larger room next time. Obviously the hotel is an old large building so parts of it are dated like the windows but in character. The bathroom was adequate for our needs. The heating in the rooms was so warm we turned it off and opened the windows. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Had a corner room overlooking the green area and high street. Lovely looking hotel and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Great position close to everything but hotel room was tired. The sheets didn’t reach the bottom of the bed. It was very noisy outside from 5 am.

Room was ok. Found the bed uncomfortable and TV was old with some channels not working. Staff very friendly and breakfast very good.

The shops are just around the corner from the hotel. The internet was quite slow, there is so much to do the internet isn’t a problem to me

I booked a single room, still plenty of space in the room for my case and getting ready, room was clean, tea/coffee and a kettle in the room, bathroom was clean, staff were really helpful and accommodating, had room service and was delivered quick and really fresh. Couldn’t fault anything about my stay.

Overall this is an excellent professional hotel, with kind and welcoming staff who made every effort to make us feel at home. The only two things that let it down were firstly that the WiFi was quite unreliable in my room, and secondly the housekeeping office was right opposite my room and from 8 o’clock every morning there would be people in and out of there shouting, arguing, laughing very loudly - and they woke me up more than once!

Parking is perfect internet ok

Parking chaotic as it's not monitored for non-resident use and spaces are not clearly marked as reserved. Some rooms are only accessible by a tortuous set of narrow stairs not ideal for anyone but the fitest and most agile! Staff were excellent in helping find us an alternative room, however.
