The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. It's good to have an airport shuttle.

空港からのシャトルバスが中々来なくて、少し心配になりました。朝食は野菜が少なかったのが少し不満でしたが、それ以外は概ね快適でした。

フライト到着が遅れて、ニューアークリバティ空港に着いたのが深夜1時30分過ぎでした。ホテルに電話をしましたが、繋がらないので、仕方なくタクシーでホテル向かいました。深夜なので、Uberで50ドル近くかかりました。着いたら、シャトルバスは24時間動いているとのこと、この情報が早目に欲しかったです。 また、ホテルに着いたのら、フロントで、今日はエレベーターが故障しているので、スーツケースも抱えて四階の部屋まで行って下さい、と言われて驚きました。スーツケースはフロントに預けることにして、部屋に向かった次第です。ということで、フロントの対応は大変残念でした。

First of all, I spent 10 days and only 2 days they went on to do very poor cleaning. Second, they are repairing the hotel or remodeling and at 8 in the morning they will make noises hammering the walls we could not rest. 3rd breakfast said until 10am and at 9:30 they already removed it from the 10 days it was no day take breakfast. Not even the towels left me, I had to go ask for towels and throw away my own garbage.

The hotel itself was ok, going through renovations. Area around hotel seemed unsafe, limited dining options. Breakfast was good, but snacks offered or available very limited.

Under renovation. Our room was new and spotless with a great bed. When I phoned from Canada about shuttle service I was told only the pickup times. We wasted some time finding out the pick up was from P4 . Upon arrival there there was no sign for this hotel. Again we had to ask many questions , All this frustration could have been answered avoided with better information on my original inquiry.
