It was very comfortable staying! Every day they make the room so clean, bed cushion is good and i slept well. And It's a very quiet environment.

シャワーブースに扉が無いので浴室の床が濡れてしまいました。

英語が全く苦手で そういう客に対しての接客対応がもう少し親切にしてもらえたら嬉しいです。 部屋はゆったりとして清潔でした。 バス、トイレも快適、用意されてるのはシャンプー 石鹸 洗剤。 自分の必要な物は持参しましょう。 朝食はバイキング、1回10ユーロでした。

２泊スイートで予約していたが、台風の影響でスケジュールが変更になり、夜10時頃チェックインして翌朝すぐ出発したので滞在時間は12時間程で寝るだけになりました。 ノーショーでキャンセルされない様に 電話を入れた時の対応は良かったのですが、実際に部屋に入るとスタンダードルームでした。寝るだけだし、、と何も言いませんでしたが、コーヒーを飲む為のポットもなく、住宅街なので22時に買い物出来る所も無く、、、 翌朝 コーヒーが飲みたくても日曜だったので8時しか近隣のカフェも開かず、、 テルミニ駅も2キロ弱なのですが 夜や荷物を持って歩く距離でもなくタクシーを利用したら 到着時10€ 出発の朝は12€も掛かりました。 やはりテルミニ駅付近にすればよかったと後悔です。

前回も利用しましたが清潔で地元の人がいく美味しいレストランやスーパーなどもありとても気に入っています。 ただ値段が少し高いかなと思います。 でもとても満足できました。

非常にリーズナブルないいホテルです。 観光の場合、ロケーションが今一つかもしれません。しかし、公共交通を利用することに抵抗がない方には、本当にリーズナブルだと思います。

治安も良さげな、閑静な住宅街にあり、バスですぐ中心に出られ、朝食も美味しかったです。WIFI環境さえよければ、完璧でした。

This was my mother and I’s first stop in our Italy trip. I informed them via email in advance about reserving a car from the airport and about my birthday but they never responded. Upon arrival, the hotel staff/reception were very dry and unfriendly. We found out the last day there that they could call us a taxi within minutes because we asked. It’s quite difficult ordering ubers or freenow taxis from there. Nothing was told to us. Same with the food and the bar. The room was cool and comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I guess if you’re looking for a place to stay that is quiet and away from the city to do self exploring, you may consider this hotel. Not the prettiest either but the pricing was fair.

My two sons stayed on a brother trip, they said the location had easy access to a bus stop just a few blocks away, they liked the area as it felt safe and local…not touristy. Wonderful coffee shop with scrumptious croissants and kind workers was near. Good location for the Borghese Gallery. Room was on the smaller side , but very well taken care of. Overall, recommend highly.

I usually don’t leave reviews but if you get to read this, just know this hotel is very worthy of every penny. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Amazing room, very clean and welcoming. I will be back every time I visit Rome
