They didn’t give me a housekeeping despite I stayed 3 nights

This hotel was clean and comfortable. There are some restaurants and beer bars around this hotel. I used this hotel for business. So, this area is a little far from sightseeing spots, but this was not bad point for me.

朝食がとても美味しかった。駅とダウンタウンまでが遠く、車がないと不便な場所だった。

レセプション、部屋ともに文句ありませんでした。早朝に出かける際、袋に朝食セットも詰めてもらえました。空港までのシャトルバスもありがたいです。

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and orderly rooms, lounge area, gym... location is great for walking to restaurants, convenient stores, coffee shops and more

About a 7 minute walk to the metro

The hotel was great and our room was nice.

Big, clean room, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast (included), friendly service, free shuttle to/from the airport, and a 5 minute walk from the metro. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect!

Staff were helpful. Breakfast average. Bed comfortable. Room clean. One elevator out so longer waits.

All was great except the malfunction of elevator. We had to climb to 9th floor using the stairs. Strongly recommend renovating the elevator.

There's 2 elevators...One elevator was out of service and the 2nd one broke down 2 days later. I was surprised to find stains on the pillowcase and strands of hair on the floor and in the bed under the covers. Nice neighborhood, close to the train. Give yourself an extra 15-20mins to wait on the shuttle to and from the airport.

The front desk was great. Clean room and parking is safe. Waklable to the train station as well.

Overall great hotel. One of the elevators was not in service when we stayed. They did have signs up but this did slow down getting to and leaving the room quite a bit. Overall excellent and would stay here again.

Good sized, spacious suite. Beds were nice and location was great. Helpful staff, too. One elevator wasn’t working so there were longer waits for elevator rides, and some over-crowding. My coffee maker in the room didn’t work.
