場所も便利でした。

ビジネスのキングサイズベッド一つの部屋を予約していたが、ほぼ満室の状態の中、ビジネスツインの部屋に換えてくれた。 朝のフレッシュジュースはとても美味しく、２週間、とても良い体調を保つことができた。レストランのウエイトレスもウエイターも皆フレンドリーで、要望に応えてくれた。フロントもルームサービスも素敵な笑顔が忘れられない。

中心部から少し離れた静かな場所にあり、市の中心部へも約10分で行けます。今回はあまり観光に時間を避けなかったのですが、ホテルの向い側にパノラマ・ラツワヴィツカ民族博物館が位置し、他のいくつかの観光スポットにも歩いていけるようです。

現地のタクシーのおじさんもおすすめしていました。部屋も広く、お風呂も広さ、水圧、水温も問題なく快適に使えてよかったです。

We had a great stay in Wroclaw and the hotel was great in many ways. However, we had not been alerted to the fact that renovations were being done on the rooms in the 5th floor. Yet, we were still assigned a room immediately below the one that was being renovated. For 2 out of the 3 mornings, we were woken up at 7:00am with loud released noise and pounding on the ceiling. We complained but nothing was done about it except to tell us that they were renovating. Interestingly the noise seemed to stop after 10:00am, which is puzzling. Apart from this significant inconvenience for which there wasn’t even an apology, everything else went well. Thankfully the 3rd morning was a Sunday!

Hotel was clean with an impressive reception area, we were there pre check in so they held the bags without question. There was a New Year’s Eve party in the bar, spoke to one member of staff who said the bar was closed and just walked off. Proceeded to speak with another and she invited us to wait for her and she would serve and made sure we had a great service to close our evening. We took swim stuff as the website specified a spa, unfortunately there was no pool or steam room and only a sauna and treatments available which we thought should have been more specific about.
