総合評価とレビュー Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness

サービスがとにかく良い。バルコニー付の部屋に変えて貰うために何回も交渉したが、嫌な顔一つせずに対応してくれた。さすが5つ星ホテルと感じた。ホテル自体はとても伝統があり、外観や内装も歴史を感じさせる。部屋も雰囲気があってとてもよかった。(個人的にはプール側のバルコニー付の部屋がお勧め。)ただ、無理を言って変えて貰った部屋がしばらく使用されていなかったのか、少しほこりっぽく、シャワーの水圧も弱く残念。(変更前の部屋のシャワーは、水圧等全く問題無し。)また、ホテル宿泊者は併設のスパを無料で使用できる為、一日の疲れをサウナ等で癒すことができ良かった。立地面も隣町のカスカイスまでは海岸線を歩いて約20分、ホテルから徒歩5分の場所にあるEstoril駅からリスボン中心部までは電車で約30分と便利。静かで落ち着いた場所を拠点にシティ(リスボン)とビーチ(カスカイス/エストリル)を両方楽しむには絶好の場所と感じた。カジノもホテルから徒歩3分の所にあるが、特段の会員登録、身分証提示等も無く、気軽に楽しめる。(ホテルの傍だがうるさくない。)ホテルの値段もリスボンと比較するとリーズナブルと思う。

サービスも素晴らしく、施設も素晴らしいホテルでした。自信をもってお勧めできるホテルです。

パブリックスペース、部屋とも重厚感のある調度品でまとめられ、アメニティも完備されていて、安心して泊まることができました。それにプラスして、ある種の品格が備わっている気がします。うまく言い表すことができないのですが・・・ 広いプールがあるのに水着を持っていかず、残念なことをしました。デッキチェアに横になっているだけでも、リゾート気分を味わえたはずなのですが。

Staff was amazing at this historic hotel.

Large comfortable rooms and a lovely pool

This stunning hotel s beautiful in its situation in Estoril neighboring the Casino gardens. The property includes access to the Banyan Tree spa and Estoril golf club: my perfect golf getaway.

Fun place to stay. Can feel history.

Good historic hotel. The lobby could have been better along with entrance to the hotel. The breakfast area and food was good. Service at front desk could be better

This was my second stay. There was a small glitch this time, about construction. I have to say it was handled very professionally; the problem was explained to me (it wasn't the fault of the hotel) and the matter was resolved. The standards of service here, from front of house, to the bar, to the Bougainvillia restaurant, where we ate for three nights, was exceptional. We will return.

Excellent luxurious delicious

Everything was great; very kind, friendly and professional employees. Loved the spa. Daily shuttle to the golf course with amazing drivers. The food was not as good since the restaurant was under construction when I was there Feb 11-17, 2025.
