The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Convenient location. Room was clean. Ambience was wonderful. Staff were attentive and courteous.

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything you could need is in walking distance. The only downside is it’s not very stroller friendly.

We love Congress Hall. The hotel room is spacious and air mattress wide and comfortable. On Mother’s Day we were delayed with Valet Service as there was only 1 attendant for a period of time. We checked out early and were hoping for it to be held at the front desk, and there was no room. We were asked to check with the valet and he was swamped so we did not.

Everything was excellent! The only concern was that there was often too much noise in the hallways at night and that should’ve been controlled by staff.

everything great - but would have liked coffee maker in my room - maybe i could have asked for one, but didn't. also no mini refrig i could find for left over meals, etc...
