部屋のベランダからは山見えてよかった 受付のスタッフの感じもよかった 朝食も無料でついていて、美味しかったです。 遅く着いたので、駐車場がいっぱいで ホテルの裏に停めるようにいわれました。

The lady at the front desk was very kind to us who can't speak much English. The room was very simple and very comfortable The breakfast was simple and good for the body, and it was very delicious. What was disappointing was that the sauna was cold even before the end time. I wanted to stay for about 3 nights next time and relax. Thank you very much.

Our bathroom needed better lighting. The room has a slipping ceiling which was inconvenient for a tall man getting into bed. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time in Bannf.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and found this property convenient to everything we wanted to do.

The front desk staff, Alice and Ansh (guy) were amazing. The cleanliness of the underground parking area -floor could be better. A lot of ground and dust.

A great place to stay in Banff. Rooms are large and very clean. Lobby is a fun vibe and the smores during happy hour were awesome! Loved the courtyard area too; fabulous way to unwind at the end of the day.

Great hotel! Way better in person. The outdoor hot tubs could be a good but warmer but other than that… this property is awesome and also outside of all the downtown hassle.

Out of the bustle of Banff, yet close enough to access all the benefits. Bus stop is 40 meters away. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Canalta lodge is a convenient hotel in Banff. Their breakfast is good, other amenities are also very good.

Great option if you want to stay in Banff. Location is perfect and an easy walk into downtown Banff. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the common space was inviting and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the outdoor area with firepit and hot tubs. Would stay here again.

Loved, loved, loved Canalta! Spacious, well maintained rooms with a wonderful shower! We had a balcony with a door and two windows that opened. It was fantastic to be able to open those windows at night to let in the fresh mountain air. The staff was wonderful. And, bonus, there are free snores each evening from 4-7! The location was fantastic-just a few minutes from downtown. I highly recommend Canalta!
