Location and price is great for us.

新しいわけではないですが、部屋は広く、清潔で快適でした。周辺の治安も良さそうで、徒歩圏内にマーケットや食事ができる店があるので数日の滞在でしたが、車がなくても大丈夫でした。日本人に取って馴染みのあるダイソーなんかも10分くらいの所にありました。

出張先の近くでロケーションが良いため利用しました。少し足をのばせばモールやレストランがあるため、とても便利です。BARTも歩ける距離です。ホテル自体は古いため、綺麗さには欠けます。ｗｉｆｉの接続状況はとても良いです。

お風呂、シャワーのお湯が出ず困りました。 っと言っても私が無知なだけだったのかもしれないですが ハンドルを捻って強くひかないと出ないのに気付かず、シャワーを浴びれずでした。 シャワーが出ないと次の日フロントに説明し、後で確認しておくとのコメントで第一回目の回答 その後、別のスタッフの方と話し開け方を教えてもらいました。 海外のシャワーでは当たり前なのかもしれませんが もう少しわかるようにしておいてもらえると助かるなと思いました。

The property was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly! The room was clean an spacious. Their pool area was also clean which is were we spent most of our time! We will definitely comeback for our next vacation.

it was our 1st time in that area and everyone were polite and accommodating..rooms were clean but i guess it was not automatic for them to replace the towels that they took but it was ok...overall, the place and price was just about right...

Air Conditioner is too loud too much noise

Room was great although we’d like to have seen more desk space. TV remote was not in the room and the HVAC wasn’t working but both were taken care of very quickly by housekeeping. House morning coffee was dreadful. We’ll probably stay here again.

Close to freeway, restaurants, shopping, very convenient.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last several years and have never had any issues. They were almost finished with renovations and it looked great.

We book a room, swim, then go home . We have done it so many times that when our olthee mmmmm

The hotel was under construction and very dirty. The carpets in the rooms were also disgusting.

The restaurant was not open on Saturday night for dinner. The breakfast area was too cold but the food was adequate.
