総合評価とレビュー Hotel Paradiso, BW Signature Collection

景色の良いホテルでした。朝食では美味しいエスプレッソを出してくれて良い滞在になりました。景色の良い分坂がきつい為、駅から歩いてホテルに行くのはかなり大変かもしれません。

If you wish to enjoy the wonderful view of Naples,just head to public observatory on the Posillipo Hill by taxi or funicolare and STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. 1."Real Seaview" exists in only few rooms on 4th floor or rooftop restaurant and lower floors are completely different from hotel advertise on the Hotels.com website. In my case I was assigned the room on 3rd floor but nasty old building block my sight from balcony so would not be able to have what expected for. Even though you booked and paid for "Seaview" in advance,YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL,you may get "Partial Seaview". Notice that dishonest frontdesk will react with rage and insist you "Seaview category also includes 3rd floor". 2.You can never sleep whole night once other guests make noise on the corridor due to poor soundproof doors. 3.Frontdesk employees will refuse to do cleaning your private bathroom even if you find EXCREMENT upon your arrival! 4.In spite of they promised to contact you from their duty manager after your departure,you will be completely neglected forever! If you wish not to ruin your holiday in South Italy,DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Unfortunately you choose here and suffer from terrible treatment,tell the leader of restaurant team,not to the such a hopeless 4 Star hotel frontdesk. Then he can offer you some beverage for compensation!

ナポリ風景を部屋からみるには最適です。朝食などもテラスで素晴らしい景色のもとでブッフェがいただけます。 部屋自体はきれいでしたがバスルームは少し不便でした。 ロケーションは基本的にタクシーがメインです。最寄り駅までは15分以上かかります。 近場にはレストランは数件しかないです。 スタッフは皆さん親切でした。英語ができれば何にも問題にです。

客室は1階（ロビーは4階、レストランは5階）だったので海側だったが見晴らしはゼロ。 部屋はきれい・新しい。設備は十分（ただバズタブはなくシャワーのみ、シャワーヘッドは大きいタイプ）。 スタッフは陽気で親切。特にレストランのギャルソンは非常に陽気で楽しい。 朝食は有料（6ユーロ）だが、非常に充実。 宿泊料金はリーゾナブル。 周りにお店は少ない。特に飲み物や食品を気軽に購入できる店がなさそう。

『ナポリを見て死ね』と言われるポジリポの丘からの夜景。 女子旅でしたので安全面を考慮し、ホテルからこの夜景を観たかったので泊まりました。 立地の面でこのホテル一択でした。 結果、大満足！ 15号室にはテラスがあり、夜景を観ながら、ナポリやカプリ島での思い出に浸れ、最高の夜を過ごせました。 朝食も、たった2ユーロの追加で美味しいブッフェが食べられました。 中心地からは遠いので、夜景を重視する方に薦めます。 私たちはナポリ最終日に泊まり、大満足でした♪

ナポリ湾を見渡せる眺望は最高。 朝食会場ともなるレストランからの眺めは贅沢な気分を感じさせるまさにパラディッソ。 シービュー以外の部屋を予約すべきでない。 壁ビューになってしまい天と地の差。

シービューの部屋選択を推奨しまし シービューでない部屋からは景色は無し 洗面台とお風呂の流れが悪い シャワー後は浴室が水浸しになります 向いの家の屋根が気になります 景色相当のサービスが望ましい

部屋は広くないし、バルコニーも隣と近いので、素晴らしい景色を眺められるがリゾートというより実用的印象を受けました。しかし、スタッフが気持ちよく接してくれて（とくにParadiso blancoレストラン）、心地よく宿を後にしました。

今回初ナポリで、ともかく景色重視でこのホテルを選びました。 天気にも恵まれ、本当にナポリの素晴らしい景色を目に焼き付けて来ることができました。 たしかに、サンタルチア、スパッカナポリ、カプリへの船の桟橋、鉄道駅まではタクシーを使うことになりましたが、朝、昼、夜の３つのナポリの代表的な景色を堪能できたので大正解でした。 「ナポリを見て死ね」とはこういう景色なのかと納得です。

Great hotel, best views you could hope for across the bay. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

The hotel itself is nice, but they did not clean the pool when we made an appointment they had 3 hours before. We saw them cleaning it the next day for others. The restaurant delayed serving us for some reasons and many others were served first. Although the food was good. ***We are Black women travelors

We love everything was great except in the rooms they need darker curtains because at 5am sun light wake you up but out of that super thank you

This property was on a hill away from the city, a huge contrast which I appreciated

Great hotel, with fantastic & friendly staff.

The room had no curtains and only a thin cover. Therefore we woke up at 5am every morning due to this. There was also loud guests outside our room consistently which management never did anything about. Regarding the staff at the main check in desk, they were rude, unhelpful and condescending.

The staff was quite friendly and very professional. It was much appreciated.

Excellent stay. Super location with a great panorama. Extremely professional and kind all the people working there. I remember a young lady at the reception for her kindness and all the people working at the restaurant. Beyond my expectations.

The hotel beautifully furnished. Very clean. In a great location. Fabulous view. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Good selection of breakfast fare and restaurant food lovely.

I really enjoyed stay at this property and the view from the common areas and our room were spectacular!
