臭くて湿度が高くて、ベットが寝にくい。ハンプトンインの方が良かった

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Soft thick towels, however, washcloths were like sandpaper.

The property was very nice. I was aware of the $12 parking fee before I booked, but I feel like it is a ridiculous charge that most other hotels do not do.

The room was nice but we did find hair in the bathroom and shower there was also paper under the chair in the corner.

The front desk staff members are very friendly and kind. Karen granted me late check out without issue.

Very nice front desk staff. Room was ok. Bathroom area not so much- peeling wallpaper, runny faucet, and rusted tub. Gym is nice but zero towels, zero water in the water station and all the disinfectant wipes were dried out so no way to wipe down equipment.

The $12.00 parking fee that was hidden until I learned about it at the Front Desk.

Our stay at Courtyard Marriott was great. The room was clean and the customer service was good. We will come again. Thank you .

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Restaurant/bar was closed during posted open hours (9pm).

Real good

Checked in at 300p went to dinner then to a friends for a New Years Eve Party. Retired at 100am to find us and several others locked out of our rooms due to system being down. No one at counter to deal with customers. Being told today that hotel did not update system. Never got into room. Had to drive home and have someone pick up our belongings the next day. Ridiculous

Parking area could use more lighting. Room was clean and beds comfortable if a bit dated. Overall a nice place to stay.

They have to change the bed soon! They should have more times to clean the room during the day. If you don't want them to clean in the early in the morning they can't clean in the afternoon.

Very clean place, nice and quiet at night, rooms were spacious.

We stay there often. It’s our hotel of choice when we are in Bloomingdale.
