空港から近いのは良いですが、ホテルの1Fにあるディスコに夜、スペイン人が多数集まって大騒ぎしていて、3Fに宿泊していたのですが、そこまで大音量が響き眠れず、辛かったです。

何よりも立地が最悪です。地下鉄からもだいぶ歩きますし、マドリッド市街地に出るのにも不便です。周りには食料を買えるような店はほとんどありません。 また、空港までの送迎バスもクリスマスということで必要な時間帯に利用できず、けっきょくタクシーで行かなければなりませんでした。そうしたことを事前に知らせてもくれません。 室内は比較的清潔ですが、いちばん寒い時期だったにもかかわらず暖房がまったく効きませんでした。お湯の出も悪く、温度も低かったため、一晩中寒い思いをしました。 最近では当たり前のサービスになってきているWi-Fiも複雑な課金式で、無料で使うことができません。ホテルの従業員はあまり愛想がよくなく、最低限の仕事をこなしているというかんじでした。二度とこんなホテルには泊まりませんし、誰にもおすすめできません。

Excellent hotel - top quality. We would return but two things were unusual for a hotel of this category: 1. the air was turned off in the room and we coul not open the window because of the wind and alergies. So, the room was overly warm and there was no way to remedy it. We tried the thermostat but the system was obviously turned off which is fairly normal in this season because the hotels try to save on energy. BUT it was uncomfortable and will cause us to consider an alternative hotel in the future. 2. We had a late event and so wanted to get something light to eat at about 6 pm (= time for "merienda" in Spain). The bar had drinks and a couple of stale sandwiches - two of which involved shell fish although not in a refrigerated display case. The lady was helpful and told us we could walk down the street about 6-10 minutes, which we did. It was not a pleasant experience because our time was extemely tight. Again, in a lesser hotel I wouldn't think twice. But one of this category with a bar present . . . not a wise management decision from a client's perspective.

Quarto impecável, amplo, iluminação super adequada, tudo limpo e organizado. Travesseiros e cama super confortáveis e adorei o chuveiro ser separado da banheira.

We didn’t get breakfast but I did appreciate being able to have an early check in. Only issue was there was hair on the shower assuming from previous guests… there was a full body mirror.

The TV was not connecting to the Wi-Fi, and the staff mentioned they were unable to fix it. The hotel is also in need of renovation, as the overall condition feels very old.

Espectacular hotel pero solo de fachada. Le hace falta una renovación YA. Tuvimos que llamar a mantenimiento un par de veces por cosas que no funcionaban en la habitación….

Hôtel bien mais mériterait un peu plus de prestations pour un quatre étoiles.

Very comfortable bed and clean

My stay was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also want to thank them for serving the ONE OF best breakfast in Madrid — delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!
