Found black hair and dirt in supposedly cleaned sheets. The afternoon laundry staff member verified that the morning cleaning staff cause issues regularly. Breakfast was a joke. Always out of everything. Be warned. Not even an apology from the front desk staff.

An absolute disrespectful environment with NO focus on customer service. I will NEVER give my business to that horrible establishment. Definitely messaging all of my friends or family members to inform them to NEVER do any business with that place.

In town for a BMX race. Stayed there before. Always good. Always stay there when in the Abbotsford/Chilliwack area

It was fairly quiet and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The breakfast was disorganized, it should have been put out at 6:00 and not piece by piece

Our room's toilet was turned off and drained of water when we got there. The sink was slow to drain indicating a clog somewhere. We got bed bug bites and the hotel showed a lack of caring. The included breakfast was less than impressive, with hardboiled eggs, cereal and yogurt available. There were premade waffles, but they were stuck to the pan each day and you had to scrape them out. The pool and hot tub seemed clean and the water slide was fun. The hotel appeared clean overall. Except for the bed bugs

The staff here were geat, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Check in was made easy and was completed quickly. Our room was a 2 queen bed, it was neat and tidy, however there was a body odor smell when you entered the room. There was a fridge, microwave and single pod coffee maker. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet so it slid around. There is only one elevator on the property so during peek usage times it was time consuming to get an elevator. The pool with waterslide and hot tub area were clean and we had a lot of fun. The breakfast was very limited although fresh. There were 3 different kinds of cereal, toast, boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice and milk. Overall it was an ok stay but could use some improvements.

Kids loved the pool and slide. Continental breakfast was less than appetizing. We had a room above reception which was unnecessarily loud, woke us up and kept us awake for over an hour in the middle of the night.

I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed with my family (my wife and two boys) and chose Super 8 mainly because of the water slide and pool for the kids. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The biggest concern was cleanliness. There were old blood stains on the sheets of the bed where our boys slept the first night. When we brought it to the front desk’s attention, there was no apology—just a casual, “We’ll let maintenance know.” We also found hairs under the pillows and in the bathtub. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum the room until the final night of our four-night stay, despite a clear need for it. Breakfast was okay for a Super 8. The staff member taking care of it was sweet and kind, but the waffles were unusually sticky and tough to cut or chew—perhaps a different style than I’m used to. Another downside was the strange smell in the lobby. It reminded me of dirty mop water—like the floors were cleaned but the water wasn’t changed. Small details like this matter, and the hotel should pay more attention if they want returning customers. To be fair, the location is great, and the pool and water slide were a big hit with the kids. But unfortunately, a fun pool alone doesn’t make up for poor cleanliness and service. We won’t be staying here again.

It would be nice if we have hot breakfast

Major problem with having a pet friendly room, the room was clean but smelled. Also non smoking but we had a chain smoker outside, so every time you opened the door he was walking back and forth. Cold and rainy night, everytime heat kicked in the noise would wake you. Staff we met were excellent.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. From the road, the Super 8 in Abbotsford looks decent , maybe even promising. But that illusion quickly crumbles the moment they shuffle you off to the old, grimy section of the motel instead of the newer-looking part they showcase. The room I was given looked like something out of a low-budget 1970s horror film: filthy, dated, and reeking of stale cigarette smoke. The comforter was stained, the air was thick with years of neglect, and every surface left you feeling dirtier than when you arrived. Service? Nonexistent. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive, and when issues came up, they couldn’t be bothered to care. Their so-called "breakfast" is a complete joke... hard-boiled eggs, toast, and frozen Eggos. That’s it. They should be embarrassed. I was overcharged for this nightmare , over $1,500 for 7 nights, and believe me, this place isn’t worth $50 a night. Check your credit card statements if you’ve stayed here. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charges after being charged for things I never agreed to. On the morning of checkout, my partner was injured while packing. We had to call an ambulance and informed the front desk we may need an extra hour or so due to the emergency. Instead of any understanding or basic human decency, we were pressured repeatedly about when the ambulance would arrive, then told we wouldn’t be charged extra. Surprise! They charged us another $80.
