空港バスのバス停に近く、スペイン広場以外の主要なスポットへも徒歩10分程度で移動できロケーションがよかった。設備は清掃も行き届き綺麗で、到着時には手書きのメッセージカード、お菓子のプレゼントもありホスピタリティにとんだホテルだという印象をもった。そして、チェックイン時には帰国日にセビリア市民マラソンが開催され、空港への移動時間にはちょうど空港バスが運休していることを教えてくれた。タクシー利用を提案してくれ、予約もしてくれた。おかげで最終日も安心して観光することができスムーズな空港への移動ができた。そのスタッフの方以外もみな親切で明るく対応してくれ、気持ちのよい滞在ができた。

受付ロビー、客室、レストランなど全体的にとても清潔でした。特に素晴らしいのは品揃え豊富で新鮮な朝食。ホテル周辺にはレストラン、土産店、スーパーなどもあり、日が暮れても多くの人が行きかっていました。 空港へのアクセスは、バス停がホテルと同じブロックにあるので立地的にも便利だと思います。

“I had such a wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, I didnt eat at the hotel but saw the breakfast set up and it looked amazing, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. You can really tell the hotel cares about its guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! It is also in a great location"

Centrally based, excellent quality. Pool small which would be ok If heated and with sun loungers rather than deck chairs

Lovely hotel in a great location and we just returned from our second time staying there. The rooms are huge with a lot of storage (though we got a premium room again). Beds are so comfortable and it’s very quiet so we had a great sleep. Bathroom and toiletries are lovely and housekeeping excellent. Weather wasn’t so hot this time so we didn’t visit the rooftop pool as we did last time. Love the coffee and sweeties available too.

Excellent location for the city, everything in a walkable distance. Hotel immaculately clean, rooms very well laid out, comfortable bed, amazing shower, toiletries available & for once a decent hairdryer. It’s those little things that stand out to make your stay a pleasant experience. The staff are all so friendly especially Carlos on reception & Juan in the bar. Definitely recommend staying here for your Seville break.

Lovely hotel. We had a twin room which was a great size and very clean. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to places of interest, close to places to eat (cafes,bars,restaurants) hotel bar/restaurant is lovely. Great rooftop pool area. Highly recommend this hotel.

An amazing hotel in an amazing location. Super clean and great staff. The breakfast was also worth paying for. Lots of great bars and restaurants near by making the hotel absolutely ideal. Great customer care too!

Modern and great location

Very comfortable bed. Standard room was spacious enough for 2 people. Clean and high standard rooms and facilities. Free coffee and water station and snacks during the day in the lounge area which we found out about on our last day. Some confusion by staff on how Expedia beverage credit works but sorted in the end - ask reception when you check in. Fantastic pillow menu. Bar staff very friendly.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Les locaux sont modernes et chaleureux, le personnel est hyper disponible et souriant et la localisation idéale.

Generally everything is “OK”. Check in was very impersonal and no explanation of where anything was or where the facilities where. Pool area is nice but no staff there and the bar is unmanned. Waited for 29 mins for “service” at the pool but gave up.. Room was nice but the “balcony” was fully enclosed so didn’t feel like a balcony and had no view… Mini bar only has 2 bottles of still water.. very clean and tidy but would probably say it’s a 3* plus hotel.. great if you are in Seville on buisness

Very nice hotel, walking distance to everywhere, very clean and quiet.

Very nice hotel. Carlos in the reception is extremely helpful and so are the waiters in the bar. Pillows are way too hard and uncomfortable. There was no service at the pool area??
