出張時毎回利用させていただいてます。2024年12月に再訪、5年ぶりに泊まりましたが、ホテル内のいろんな箇所が改装されたようで、とても綺麗になってました。 プラートチェントラート駅にも近く、プラートの中心街へも徒歩で行けるので便利。 施設内は清潔で快適に過ごせます。 ホテルの前は川が流れていてせせらぎが絶えず聞こえます。

時間を過ごすにはとてもいいのですが、アートがとにかく悪趣味過ぎます。

フィレンツエのホテルに比較して部屋自体もモダンで非常に機能的です。歴史的なプラトーの街も近く、電車での移動は必要ですがフィレンツエ観光にも値段的にもお勧めできます。

フィレンツェから電車で20分ほどの 距離で最寄りのprato駅から歩いて行ける行ける。DUOMOや市内にも歩いて行けるので便利。ビジネスにはオススメなホテル。 もちろんwifiも部屋の中で使えます。

出張中でネットを使うことが頻繁であるため、Free Wifiというのにひかれてここにしたが、３階の部屋では電波が非常に弱くてほとんど使い物にならなかった。ロビーまで下りれば何とかなる程度。 駅からは歩ける距離だが、旧市街の外で景色はよくない。特に私の部屋は向かいのアパートの窓と向かい合わせで、レースのカーテンもないので、着替える時などは昼間でもいちいち遮光カーテンを閉めてまっくらにしなくてはならなかった。景色を楽しむなら川側の部屋を確保したほうがいい。川べりの散策路は雰囲気があって気持ちがよかった。 シャワーはちゃんと出るが、４泊連泊したらシーツと枕カバーはずっと同じだった（さすがにタオルは交換してくれた）。

アートホテルミラノに宿泊しました。食事、サービス、利便性、インターネット環境などまずまずで、満足しました。フィレンツェの空港からタクシーで行き先を告げたところ、同じ市内にあるアートホテルミュージアム（同系列のホテル）にて下ろされ、余分の出費になりました。こちらが確認しなかったのがいけないのですが。

Im Ganzen hat uns gefallen, paar Punkte möchte ich erwähnen. Das Bett war zu kurz, nicht für Gäste ab 1.70cm. Die Duschkabine ist eng. Beim Frühstücksbuffet, wenn Rühreier oder Kuchen ausgegangen ist, wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Parkmöglichkeiten gleich gegenüber dem Hotel oder die Parkgarage vom Hotel (10€ pro Tag), sehr steil. Die Stadtmitte 5 Min zu Fuß. Florenz 20 min. Autofahrt, Outlet 15 min Aitofahrt. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht auch deutsch.

Hotel muio bom, quarto muito bom com limpeza impecável. Próximo a estação Prato Centrale sendo uma ótima opção de hospedagem para visitar Firenze e claro, Prato também merece uma visita.

ALL staff members very friendly and helpful during my stay….. I would return if visiting Prato. Good location. Safe area. Convient…

The decor was fitting to the name of the hotel. Three pieces of classic style matching artwork was a nice addition to the decor (most of the European hotels we’ve stayed in over the last month having nothing on the walls!) Great view of the river. Large bathroom with a very handy stool! Happy to find a mini fridge (apparently a very rare find in Europe so far). Nice to have water and a couple of beverages supplied. Luggage rack and counter space were appreciated. Very nice thick towels. Comfy bed but they haven’t switched to the think duvet that most European hotels we have stayed at have done but instead still use a top sheet and light coverlet. The thick duvets are so cozy. Room was very clean except for the floor. Picked up a lot of debris on our bare feet. I would recommend this hotel. It’s only a 10 minute walk to some restaurants and about that from the train station. However, the latter walk is not fun with roller bags as the condition of the sidewalks is terrible.

Persona muy amables. Sitio con fácil aparcamiento y muchas alternativas de transporte público. Restaurantes típicos cerca. Agradable para hacer deporte al aire libre

Very comfortable hotel and the best it is neat to the train station

This was our 4th stay there, staff were excellent and the area aroubd was easy to walk around and close to public transport

Good location if you plan a trip to Florence. Hotel is 5 min walk from Prato Centrale station. Good breakfast. Walking distance from Prato old city
