綺麗に清楚出来ていて朝食も美味しかったです。

何度か利用しています。一度地震で利用できなかったことがありましたが、補修は問題ないようです。最寄りの地下鉄からも徒歩数分。周辺はソナ・ロッサの喧騒もありますが何より室内環境も含めて快適に過ごせます、周辺にはレストランもたくさんあります。

駅から近く、近隣に飲食店が多くて便利な反面、ナイトクラブの騒音が酷くてロクに眠れなかった。5泊したので毎晩眠れないことがストレスだった。

広くて綺麗！メトロの駅にも近くて便利。 繁華街なのと近くにクラブがあってちょっとうるさいのは我慢できるレベルかな、って感じです。

設備はやや古いものもあるが、概ね満足できるレベル。バスタブは十分な深さがあり、お湯の出も良いのでゆっくり浸かることができる。ただし、配管のせいかお湯に明らかに色が着いているので気になる方はおられるかも。 問題はふたつ。 エレベーター。停止階でドアが開かずインターフォンで助けを呼んだが待てど暮せど誰も来ない。結局自分でこじ開けたが、その後もそのエレベーターは修理等されることなく使用されていた。チェックアウトの際も謝罪も説明もなかった。 また、隣にあるビル屋上に設置された機械（コンプレッサーか）が早朝から午前０時ごろまで大きな唸りを発しており、なかなか寝付けなかった。６階でも大きな音だったので、低層階ではかなりの音量ではないか。耳栓も効果は薄かった。 近隣には多くのホテルがあり、敢えてこちらへの滞在はお勧めできない。

ホテル全体的に車に使う芳香剤の様な臭いが強い。ロケーションは良い。

立地が良い。 長期旅行なので洗濯機が部屋内にあるのが嬉しい。 チェックイン時間も割と融通が効くと思う。

メトロ駅Insurgentesから徒歩５分強、昼間は落ち着いた界隈だが、夜は遅くまで賑わう。Living roomとbed roomの２室でとても広い、また清潔感満点。バスタブもあり。コーヒーメーカーもあり(no tea)。 豪華ではないが5 starsを掲げるだけのことはある。

The room was perfect except for the street noise. Clubs nearby played loud music all night. The best authentic Chinese food we found a block from the hotel.

Great location, good staff, not a lot of noise for being near lots of restaurants and bars, only issue is that the gym could use some free weights

The breakfast was amazing every day, the staff were friendly and the room was perfect! Cannot recommend enough!

Great deal for the money! Breakfast can be bought at the hotel, so you won't have to pay for meals you aren't going to eat. It would be hard to find a breakfast elsewhere for the same price. Quality was uneven though, so best to checkout the buffet before you pay. Room was nice, big, but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The linens were stained at times. However there was daily maid service, and the maid service was friendly and eager to please. Water pressure and temperature were good, but don't drink it! Speaking of water, you get only two small bottles per day, and more is unavailable from the hotel. The neighbourhood is safe and lively (lots of bars), but food in the immediate area is basically tacos, tacos, & more tacos. Better food can be found within 1/2 hour radius.

Stayed here for 8 nights and the buffet breakfast was different every day. Excellent food and very friendly staff had a great time. Highly recommended staying here if you get the chance
