何度か利用しています。一度地震で利用できなかったことがありましたが、補修は問題ないようです。最寄りの地下鉄からも徒歩数分。周辺はソナ・ロッサの喧騒もありますが何より室内環境も含めて快適に過ごせます、周辺にはレストランもたくさんあります。

清掃が行き届いていました

駅から近く、近隣に飲食店が多くて便利な反面、ナイトクラブの騒音が酷くてロクに眠れなかった。5泊したので毎晩眠れないことがストレスだった。

広くて綺麗！メトロの駅にも近くて便利。 繁華街なのと近くにクラブがあってちょっとうるさいのは我慢できるレベルかな、って感じです。

Mal acceso al estacionamiento.

設備はやや古いものもあるが、概ね満足できるレベル。バスタブは十分な深さがあり、お湯の出も良いのでゆっくり浸かることができる。ただし、配管のせいかお湯に明らかに色が着いているので気になる方はおられるかも。 問題はふたつ。 エレベーター。停止階でドアが開かずインターフォンで助けを呼んだが待てど暮せど誰も来ない。結局自分でこじ開けたが、その後もそのエレベーターは修理等されることなく使用されていた。チェックアウトの際も謝罪も説明もなかった。 また、隣にあるビル屋上に設置された機械（コンプレッサーか）が早朝から午前０時ごろまで大きな唸りを発しており、なかなか寝付けなかった。６階でも大きな音だったので、低層階ではかなりの音量ではないか。耳栓も効果は薄かった。 近隣には多くのホテルがあり、敢えてこちらへの滞在はお勧めできない。

ホテル全体的に車に使う芳香剤の様な臭いが強い。ロケーションは良い。

立地が良い。 長期旅行なので洗濯機が部屋内にあるのが嬉しい。 チェックイン時間も割と融通が効くと思う。

メトロ駅Insurgentesから徒歩５分強、昼間は落ち着いた界隈だが、夜は遅くまで賑わう。Living roomとbed roomの２室でとても広い、また清潔感満点。バスタブもあり。コーヒーメーカーもあり(no tea)。 豪華ではないが5 starsを掲げるだけのことはある。 　

Las fotos y el hotel discrepan muchísimo. Tiene una discoteca en frente y la música no deja dormir. El desayuno no era bueno.

Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt inmitten der Zona Rosa. Die fast schon überdimensionierten Zimmer (alle Zimmer 40m²) sind mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Einzig eine Toilettenbürste fehlte. Die Mobiliar ist nicht mehr das Neueste aber makellos. Die Bäder wurden zwischenzeitlich erneuert. Als kleines Extra verfügt das Hotel über Tagungsräume und ein Gym in der obersten 11. Etage mit angrenzender Dachterrasse.

Great location and they accommodated an early check in but one day they didn’t clean my room and there were stains on the bed sheets.

Very large and comfortable room excellent air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, especially if it’s your first trip and you want to be equidistant to the rest of Mexico City. The gym is complete and fully functional. Two roof decks with sun and shade. Decent size fridge and microwave. Excellent experience all around.

The room was clean with separated bedroom and living area. It has a microwave and a small size refrigerator. Their cleaning staff came to clean the room every day, and the front desk staff are very helpful. The hotel is not a big and busy hotel, though the streets surround it were noisy during the nights over the weekends, we felt save and quite inside otherwise, in particular, we liked their relatively quite breakfast times due to the size of the hotel.
