Room was clean, staff friendly and shuttle was so perfect. Parking was great.

The shower in our room only had very hot water. The beds were OK at best. The property, generally, feels run down. The airport shuttle and $8/day parking, however, were absolutely awesome. I will definitely consider staying again if I can be assured of a room with a working shower and need to fly out of DFW early in the morning or fly in late at night.

Overall the room condition was good. Bathroom tub/shower was clean but was not slip resistant and had no handrails to hold on to while bathing.

this super eight provided just what I needed clean close to the location of my dinner and meeting events in the nearby vicinity as well as easy access to DFW. Staff members were courteous and professional. The room is clean and comfortable.

I felt safe getting out of my car and going into the hotel at night because the lighting in the parking area is excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable for sleeping.

It was convenient and easy access to 114 and 121. The only thing missing is a charging station for electric cars

The staff were helpful when I asked questions. Shuttle to the airport which saved me another Uber fee.

The young man in the reception area was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and accessible parking. What would make it better is to have a charging station for electrical cars.

There were bed bugs in the room!!! It was completely infested. To make matters worse they wouldn’t refund my money because of the type of booking I had. What a horrible hotel!

When I got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, the weed odor hit me in the face. Then my "no-smoking" room smelled of weed with an overall staleness. The bathroom was crawling with baby roaches. The mattress should have been discarded years ago. The kind gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to put me in a first floor room which was much better. But I think I am done with Super 8 for now.
