I didn't find exactly the getting-on point of the shuttle bus service. I called many times and the receptionist said me that the point situated lower level. It was very tricky place.

The bathroom was a little dissapointing, and ants in the room. But best price....so.

Would prefer more nourishing offerings. Too many sweets. Maybe some cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc.

The property is getting very wore out.

no one was in the lobby upon arrival. waited and eventually someone showed up. said maybe 3 words max. place is run down and smells old. got in the room and there was a pubic hair in the sink

Older hotel that seems to have been updated a little. Very noisy walking down the small halls. Ice machine on our floor never worked

Nice, clean, close to everything

After 20 hours of flight cancelations, you hotel was a welcome safe place to rest and recoup. The bonus is if I were to be stranded at DFW again and I have my disabled husband with me I now know the handicap rooms are wonderful.

Hotel staff was friendly. They offered a shuttle to the aiport and downtown Dallas. There are plenry The hotel is old and a run down. Its clean but its old and feels old.

It was fine for just a just a quick last minute stay
