The hotel is lovely but there were a few frustrations that ate up valuable time:
1. The internet access did not work and it took 4 calls to get the right sign-in information. Because the front desk was busy, I had to try the concierge who was not as aware of a solution
2. The code for the safe in the room would not work.
3. The bar on the room key was finicky and I had to get a new key
On their own these are small things but together it meant instead of being out on my 1 day in this area, I had to spend time trying to get these basic issues handled. The technology needs upgrading.
