Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.

A great hotel for a relaxing stay, spacious grounds, clean coastline. Good, tasty food. Nice rooms. Excellent staff. The only downside is that I wish the alcohol quality was better. I don't recommend drinking tequila; it's pure alcohol. If possible, I'd recommend fixing this issue, and everything would be perfect. Overall, I recommend this hotel; we had a great time!

No issues with staff, kindest and nicest people ever. The property? Terrible. Needs a lot of fixing and upgrading. It rained once during our 5 days stay and all the rooms we booked (booked 4 rooms total) all had leaks coming from the ceiling. Amenities were lacking. Food was okay. Not much to do in the resort. 2/5 - and that’s being generous.

Bar en la alberca.. llegue el viernes 26 habitacion 11101..el viernes se acabo el brugal. El sabado llegaro un grupo de personas y bebieron bastante..luego de las 3 de la tarde la bebida se acabo..no habia ni whiskey ni ningun ron amarillo..solo el blanco de la marca local.. Esperansado el Domingo hubiese bebida..pero tampoco llego compra pues supuestamente estaba cerrado el almacen... Llega el lunes y todavia la barra sin compra.. tremenda decepcion..llega martes y todavia la barra de la piscina sin bebida.. Es una falta de respeto que une compre un paquete all inclusive y no tenga bebida..lo triste es que lo repeti.. pues ya habia estado hay y la habia pasado muy bien.... One of our 2 rooms, the air conditioner stoppes woeking after the 1st of 3 nights. That same room smelles terrible like mildew and rotten eggs. The staff never gave us any information about the time frame you had to make reservations in so we were stuck with the buffet all but one night. They booked one restauarant for us ahead of time and it was not asked which place we would like. The food was not very good, so a lot of pineapple was eaten. You cant leave your room without being bombarded by people trying to drag you all over to try and get you to buy more things. When we just wanted to relax, they just pressure you into doing other things and and it just was bothersome to even want to leave your area of the room and the pool by your room.

Property was ok, only thing I would complain about is the buffet options very limited and I didn't care for most of the food. Diner restaurants was cool though Asian and steakhouse. Resort needs outside food huts or trucks where people can eat throughout the day without having to go to buffet

The room was clean and we had a nice clean bed very nice. For the staff they were very friendly spoke with Luis he was a really good guy 10/10 for him the pool was cool and good vibes. The buffet were alright the restaurants were better but they were not the best either overall the stay was nice the only problem for me and my wife was the food the buffet like I said was mid and the restaurant were mid high not bad tho we are satisfied.

Algunos inconvenientes ya que estan remodelando unas areas como la barra de la piscina y cuando pedias en unas cerca te solicitaban entrar con camisa y zapatos

No me gustó que tardan Mucho en limpiar las mesas donde sirven snacks.

The staff is friendly, sometimes they don't smile much but it is ok. I think they are oveload with chords.

The outside property was beautifully kept. However, the rooms need to be updated n properly cleaned. Staff members super nice and helpful.

No tienes música en los bares solo en los show es un ambiente para religioso pues no me dejaron entrar al bufé porque mi traje era muy sexy como si estuviera en la iglesias en lo personal es muy aburrido
