全てが綺麗でスタッフも凄く良かったです。 Safety Boxもマイクロウエーブも冷蔵庫も付いてます。尚且つ値段もリーズナブルで言う事無しです。

スタッフも良い対応で朝食も良い方でしょう。 部屋もリフォームされていて綺麗でした。

This was a great place to stay! The internet was so bad that I wouldn't return.

The front desk folks smoke outside the door and then walk in to help you check in, not cool

It was a nice stay for the price, and the service was on point and the room was clean. Enjoyed the time there.

The property was older but in good condition. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The manager was amazing and when I left my wedding ring in the room after check out? She made sure to find it asap and keep it secure for me, upon my return to get it… so thankful for great humanity!

This property is in no way a 3 star hotel. The towels and sheets had stains on them. All surfaces, the room itself and the hallways were very dirty. Loose tile on bathroom floor. Dead black bugs on carpet and in bathroom. The entire stay, my room and the shower smelled very strongly of sewage. I also did not feel safe. Hotels.com needs to contact this property! The rooms and interior looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com website.This trip was a Mother's Day present from my daughter, and the stay here at this Best Western ruined the trip.

The towels should be replaced they are old grayish looking and rough.

We had a room on the second floor right next to the elevator. Thankfully we did not have a bunch of loud people on that floor but you could hear the elevator going up and down in the middle of the night. The view out the window was of a rooftop that wasn't even very clean, because we were right above the entrance. The rooms however were obviously remodeled recently and very clean, even though the room we had was tiny. The pool was small and the Jets on the hot tub did not work. The breakfast was mediocre but decent.

Very nice hotel with its new ownership. Room was fresh and clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave, kurig, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower.

Very clean and front desk reception was friendly!

The room carpet had tacks sticking out. Gave us the wrong room I booked 2 beds on line shower broken tv didn’t work all night

The air conditioning in the room was so noisy it would make a weird popping and clapping sound randomly. It was very hard to get a good sleep when the AC unit needs to be repaired.

The property and its staff were great! Unfortunately, the area around it was a little bit sketchy. My Tahoe was broken into in the middle of the night, and there is no cameras on the side of the hotel where it happened. So don't keep anything visible, and take any additional items into your room with you. Other than that, the facilities, staff and room were very good, no complaints!
