①市内から少し離れているが、ゴルフ場に近い。また大きな交差点のそばにあり、車で行く場合、分かりやすい。 　ただし、車がないと、少し不便なところだろう。 ②朝食付きだったが、内容は豊富でなかなか良い。

チェックイン時、少し待つことになったときにコーヒーと山盛りのクッキーを出してくれるなど、フレンドリーな印象でした。 建物自体は古く感じる部分もありますが、部屋は清潔で快適でした。 これはアイルランドのホテルの多くでそのようですが、部屋に冷蔵庫があるとうれしかったな。

Our. Cleaner joy was very helpful with getting us anything we needed for the room. Extra laundry bags etc. The jolt rental phone charger at the reception should have a larger sign saying it was €18 to use per charge! Apart from that we had an excellent stay

Rooms should atleast have a mini fridge and microwave.

This was the best hotel on our Scotland Ireland trip. Beautiful place. Great staff and amazing breakfast. Close to buses and tours. Staff was super Helpful and highly recommend !

It was a good stay and kids enjoyed their pool. The only thing probably due to summer heat, they only provided one small desk fan for the family of 5. It seems the room was designed for winter stay. But otherwise, we’re not going to complain as kids don’t mind it as they allowed us to use the pool even we checked out already.

Had a wonderful 2 night break as a family of 6. Great base and we dined both evenings at the hotel. Food suited my picky little eaters!

Convenient location, clean rooms and polite staff.

A very well-organised, modern hotel with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Despite being a large and busy hotel, everything was clean, efficient, and well maintained. The swimming pool is absolutely brilliant and was one of the highlights of our stay. The location is also very convenient, making it a great base for exploring Galway and the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Staff very helpful. Room clean. Food was good. Could use a luggage rack in the bedrooms for packing and unpacking suitcases.

Good place to stay for a holiday

Very helpful staff. They helped arrange laundry and taxi services for us. Breakfast and dinner menus were very good. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Free parking for patrons. Great experience for younger and older people in our group.

Great place to stay highly recommended

Very clean room, friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not alot of choice and quite basic. We had dinner in the bar and it was okay but would probably only rate 2/5. Underwhelming and overpriced.

The room was clean and tidy The bathroom was good but had two cracked tiles Biggest drawback was NO air conditioning the room was cooking, even though there was a fan in there Breakfast was a bit of a let down Eggs was dry, bacon was greasy and had been sat there for a while They could do better.. the food in the evening was ok but the chef seamed to burn a lot of things.. mostly the pizzas The staff were great The hotel was lovely, me and my wife would definitely stop there again And there is ample parking The swimming pool looked great All in a very good stay

Very helpful, convenient location. Only downside were the rooms we very hot, luckily there was a fan in the room which helped immensely
