Our stay was wonderful! We were celebrating a milestone birthday and were treated very well. We booked VIP and enjoyed great meals and our rooms were excellent! The staff who provided exceptional service this week were, Fernando for pool drink service, Eduardo in the VIP lounge and Isreal who provided us with great pool activities. The staff in the Mexican al la carte were fantastic! We will be returning for sure!

We loved our stay here. It was great for a week of relaxing on the beach. Staff is all friendly and helpful. There were activities to participate in if you wanted to. Our favorite part was going sailing, along with floating in the ocean. If you are looking for a large resort with lots of pools, bars and restaurants this is not for you. If you want a smaller resort this is your place. Also getting premium level was worth it for us.

Lo que me gustó mas fue su personal en general es muy amable y siempre dispuestos. El hotel es antiguo y le falta renovarse. Las opciones de restaurantes y alimentos no son muy variadas para una estancia larga y setienen que hacer filas y eso no me gustó en variadas y

Food eas good, Spa services available and professional

I recommend more attention to the bathroom by the pool, the sushi dinner as one of our a la carte choice was bad, and the buffets could have more variety and more “elegant”. It was the same and very simple for 5 days/ 4 nights of our stay. But staff all 5 stars and everything else was nice and we had fun.

All the staff were so friendly. We loved the view and the facilities. All the food was so delicious and varied. We had a lovely experience, we wil definitely return!

Todo fue excelente, destaca el servicio por parte de los miembros del hotel.

Que buen hotel. La atención del personal extraordinaria, siempre atentos, amables, prestan atención a los pequeños detalles, muy serviciales, realmente se esfuerzan en dar un excelente servicio. El hotel es maravilloso, reservé habitación con vista al mar y así fue, entras y lo primero que ves es el mar con un vista hermosa. La habitación te la dan con suficientes toallas y artículos de aseos casi diarios, la variedad el frigobar bastante buena y las camas cómodas. Los desayunos y comidas bastantes completos y, en cuanto a la cena, imperdibles los restaurantes “EL AGAVE” y “LA FONTANA”; deliciosos platillos a la carta y la atención de los meseros extraordinaria. Si buscas relajarte y descansar, este hotel es una excelente opción.

Thank you Barcelo for making my birthday special. From the staff singing HBD at the restaurant during dinner to a cute birthday banner in the door, to a cup cake congratulating me. You all upgraded me to a partial ocean view and I couldn’t be more happier. Your premises are well maintained and beautiful, your staff were very welcomed, attentive and friendly. Thank you for everything.

Todo bien, pero me gustaría variedad en la comida y en cena ya que los días de hospedaje era lo mismo en los 3 días, pero todo bien, recomendable.
