It was the first AI accommodation I’ve ever stayed in no sign of staff anywhere. Haha. I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant weren’t available as that is something I particularly looked for in booking. Apart from that the accommodation was lovely, warm and comfortable. It was only 6 minutes from dining.

This property is very dated. We also had no hot water for showers in 7° weather and staff did not let guests know of this.

Convenient location, no room cleaning unless you ask, car parking tight and full of motor bikes and worker vehicles outside your door, quite dark, if you get up before everyone else at 4 am there is hot water and wifi otherwise only warm water and internet keeps dropping off

Reception staff were awesome

We loved our stay The Waterfront Wynyard! Lovely location, very comfy bed in immaculate room. A bit of humour in signage and in restaurant, where there are some quirky things to look at as well as some beautiful wooden boxes for sale, and breakfast was fantastic. Really a fun and pleasant place in a cute town.

Very dated ..beds not very comfortable.. no tv reception at all or internet . Very hot as no air conditioning . Staff and the restaurant food were good.

Basic motel. Old but clean. Just somewhere to sleep!

Refurbishment desperately required. Shower head would not stay up. Taps n tiles not secured on wall. Beds and bedding need replacing especially the pillows.

Really lovely owners and staff. The food was delicious and very attentive. The room is older but was fine except for the shower over the bath. Perhaps I should have asked for a room with a shower only. I will next time in Queenstown.
