総合評価とレビュー Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel

コンベンションセンターへ行くことが目的で宿泊したが（徒歩３分）、観光地のフレンチクオーターにも近く（徒歩、１０－１５分）、 便利であった。　近くにはレストランも多く、週末はかなりの人出があった。　

This property is really run down. The photos do not accurately depict the rooms. Carpet was ripped in my room, all fixtures were chipped and damaged. The hotel did not honor my booking of a King room and said any room type booked on Expedia is not guaranteed. I was put in a room with 2 doubles, then moved to 2 queens with a window facing the inside of the hotel where people could see directly into the room. As a result, had to keep the curtains shut and the room was extremely dark. The manager was supposed to get in touch - they never did. Lousy restaurant (awful coffee). So many better hotel options in NOLA.

Good location for fun in New Orleans. Not ideal for families due to the number of bars in walking distance, and the hotel valet and parking situation led to a few difficult and potentially dangerous navigation challenges on the weekend. The hotel valet was prioritizing paying customers who were not staying at the hotel, leading to traffic jams on Tchoupitoulas street. These could’ve been avoided with a more professional valet service

Pool is smaller than appears in photo. Has a great art exhibit in the common area. Overall good & will return.

I can’t remember the name of the young man who got us checked in but he was friendly and made the check in process pleasant. The rooms and property were nice and comfortable.

The staff at this property are big on customer service. The hotel is clean, my room smelled so good upon entry and the New Orleans flavored chips were an added benefit. The hotel is surrounded by art, food and bars. I would definitely stay at the Renaissance again.

We have stayed here twice so really enjoyed this property. Nice on site restaurant that we’ve enjoyed breakfast and lunch. We can walk to the cruise terminal from the hotel , but more importantly a convenient place to stay in New Orleans.

Unfortunately the booking on Expedia implied that parking was included. The staff at reception denied this and we were obliged to pay $50 for valet.

Amazing stay w kids - great staff!!

Perfect ! My friends and I took a spontaneous trip for Mardi Gras and it was in the perfect location!
