It's too far to be named "near" Galleria. The room and hotel are average best western.

レンタカーでの移動であれば特に問題なし。周りには何もないので車がないと近くのショッピングモールまで10-15分徒歩移動となり多少不便かも。

Es un buen hotel para quedarse un par de días. Tuve sospecha porque aunque el personal fue muy amable, en recepción recalcaron mucho que las sábanas estaban limpias y lavadas. Pero en un hotel normalmente no te dicen eso, porque están seguros de que todo está limpio. Después ya supimos porqué lo decían, y es que las telas están algo percudidas y no se ven tan blancas como esperarías. Pero a parte de eso todo bien, la ubicación nos gustó mucho ya que está cerca de tiendas de nuestro interés como Texas Art Supply y Hobby Lobby.

Rooms were not cleaned. Also towels not provided until asked for.

Very comfortable

The laundry facilities were out of service, the elevator door wouldnt always close. A staff member would come and bang on it ubtil it closed. The ice machine was out of service.

Close to the business district. Outdoor pool was a bit dirty, so i didn't get in. Normal free breakfast to get you going. Only stayed one night.

Great spot, 24 hour drive thrus nearby and convenient store right next door. 2 of us stayed 2days for a show at the NRG stadium not too far easy to get to. The fridge in the room was actually cold too.

Great staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Just make sure if you are traveling with someone with disabilities, you request an ADA room. The toilet is only about 12-14 inches off the ground.

We really like this property. The room was nice but the bed was too soft for us. There was a lot noise from street racers. Other then that it was great place.

Was dirty, they never cleaned our rooms, and I don’t know what insects bites me, my back is hurting… terrible service

En general muy bien, excelente ubicación, hay un HEB a un costado, el personal amable, el desayuno siempre fue lo mismo, pero aceptable.
