Sheets were stained and hotel room was in deteriorating condition. Tiles in shower on bathroom wall were missing. Faucets were rusty

El lugar muy bonito, el personal muy amable. Solo que hace falta un poco más de limpieza. Los abanicos y los aires estaban súper sucios.

Nice place but no bar service after 8. Pool was dirty.

Excelente lugar para relajarse y pasar un rato agradable. El servicio de sus empleados es lo mejor.

Very clean relaxing hotel. Nice grounds but a few stairs.

My wife and i went for the first time in 2023. We had a great experience. We went back this year and also had a great experience. We had an issue with the room, it was too small for my wife and i. We spoke to Gabriella ( the person who works at the front desk) and informed her of our concerns. She immediately fixed the issue by changing our room with no extra charge. The customer service is excellent and the location of lazy parrot is perfect . Its close to the town. the town has a lot of activities. Thank you for the great experience

I did not like that theres no puertorrican menu and the staff at the restaurant is not helpful.

Well the first room we got the beds(mattresses) were super high. The remote for room (fan) did not work. The window AC was very loud. That was room # 6 but room 203 was excellent

Amazing place. But needs some upgrades. Looks like it was a great place twenty years ago.

Very disappointed I did t receive a free bottle of wine as promised I didn’t get an upgrade or even a late check out. The lights in the room didn’t work shower outdated
