空港からシャトルバスでホテルまで40分;5ユーロ(タクシー40ユーロ) ホテルのロビーは6階に有りとても見晴らしが良くBARも有りゆったりしています。 部屋はバルコニー付きで冷蔵庫には冷たい1.5㍑の水が1本入っています。(何時でも補給OK) 食事はバイキング方式2ヶ所と予約制レストランが2ヶ所あります。(予約は早めに) 又ホテルの海沿いには遊歩道も有ります。 充実したリゾートライフが楽しめます。

口コミ評価が高いホテルですが、実際に泊まってみるといろいろ微妙でした。 3食付きのオールインクルーシブなのはいいんですが、ビュッフェスタイルの料理は率直に言ってイマイチです。食材費をケチってる（節約している）ように感じました。屋内で、電灯も暗いです。ただ、ワインは飲み放題ですし、シーフード料理は充実してましたので、量を重視する人にはいいかもしれません。昼食がついているというのもポイント高くて、例えば午前中はフンシャルで観光し、疲れたらホテルに帰ってプールサイドでピザをつまむ、なんてこともできます。 残念だったのは夕食。ポルトガル料理とイタリアン、日本食という三つのレストランも利用できる（ビュッフェも利用可）ことになっているのですが、予約が必要とのこと。到着日に予約しようとしたら、「一週間先まで満席」と言われました。何じゃそりゃ。出発前に予約しないと利用できない可能性がありますね。 次にプールですが、全体の宿泊人数に対して小さいです。訪問したのが春だったのでまだいいですが、夏だと大混雑かもしれません（屋内も、屋外も）。 それから土曜日の夜は要注意です。５階でディスコパーティーが開催されるようで、部屋によっては大音響で寝られません。 ジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、部屋・テラスは広く、眺めは良かったです。 ミニバー無料とのことですが、中身は質素（ソフトドリンク3本くらいと水）でした。 ホテル周辺は、レストランやらおみやげ物屋さん、旅行会社などがたくさんあるエリアです。 食事がイマイチだったら、気分を変えて、外のレストランで食べてみてもいいかも。

Very good sized rooms, staff were mostly helpful and very friendly. Nice swimming pool and sun terrace. However, some of the facilities were tired and in need of being updated. What really spoilt it for us was that it was All Inclusive but the hot food was terrible. In the buffet, we never had an occasion when the food was hot, at very best it was lukewarm. When we first arrived mid-afternoon, we went to the snack bar & the pizzas looked like they had been sitting there for ages, the chips and other food was cold.

The best place for a family seeking for a calm and easy way to get familiar with Madeira. The best hotel gym I have seen.

Dit hotel is ons zeer goed bevallen, het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Net hotel, mooie ruime kamers en met het eten is er ruime keuze, ook erg lekker! Topervaring

I like service and food.

Bathrooms, gym and spa need updating. Service is amazing and very friendly. Loved it there.

I enjoyed our stay at Enotel. Food was great, plenty of puncha, Entertainment was enjoyable. Shoutout to Domingo who really is great at his job and getting the guests to party! Staff was very friendly. I do plan to stay here again!

Supernettes und aufmerksames Personal in alles Bereichen. Essen sehr gut, für jeden was dabei. Getränke inklusive Cocktails top Zimmer sind gut, Bäder und Gym in die Jahre gekommen. Hauptsächlich ältere Engländer, aber immer Liegen frei, angehmes Publikum

Really nice hotel, well located just outside Funchal. Staff were all lovely and so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself looked pretty new and had loads of space, so getting a sunbed around the pool was never a problem

Hotel con instalaciones limitadas y escasas opciones de comidas. Fantásticos los restaurantes temáticos pero no abren todos los días. La animación muy pobre casi no hay actividades.

Despues del sobrecoste que me cobraron de 1560€ por un error de Expedia del cual me dice el gobernante que no es la primera vez que ocurre no mueven ni un dedo y a mí me arruinan las vacaciones. Espero que estás reseñas sirvan para que a nadie le ocurra lo que a mí
